Charges against a man accused of attacking a school bus driver are expected to be upgraded now that the driver has died from his injuries. Joey Scott is currently facing assault charges for the alleged attack on Juan DelValle. Police said the 65-year-old DelValle was driving a school bus on Anthony Avenue in the Bronx on June 11 when he accidentally hit Scott's car. Investigators said Scott then attacked DelValle and took off.

HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) - Police in Hamtramck are looking for two women who they believe have been abducted. Investigators said 18-year-old Abreeya Brown and her friend, 21-year-old Ashley Conaway, were standing near Brown’s car outside of a home when they were reportedly thrown into the trunk of a car and kidnapped. Mason Perry Jones is one of three persons of interest in the fatal shooting of John Sanderson. Jones was arrested by the US Marshall on a warrant out of Jackson, but has not been charged with anything. Currently he is in the Desoto County Jail. A student was shot to death at a Mississippi State University residence hall late Saturday night, prompting campus-wide alerts as authorities searched for suspects who fled the scene. The university held a press conference Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to release more details.
