Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei 'can no longer be allowed to exist', an Israeli minister declared today. Israel Katz, the country's defence minister, accused Khamenei of personally ordering an Iranian attack on a hospital in southern Israel this morning in a salvo targeting several Israeli cities.
