Hey, guys, I found out the true facts in the Breonna Taylor case!Remember the “botched raid” (New York Times) on Breonna’s apartment in Louisville, Kentucky, last March, when police officers killed this innocent black woman as she slept peacefully in her bed?Yes, apparently, without announcing themselves, the police smashed in the front door of the WRONG APARTMENT. Their warrant was for a man Breonna had dated eons ago and barely knew anymore, and whom they already had in custody! Assuming the police were home invaders, Breonna’s boyfriend pulled out a gun — again, police were at the WRONG APARTMENT —...

  • Grand jurors can talk publicly about Breonna Taylor case, judge rules

A grand juror in the Breonna Taylor case will be able to speak publicly about what happened during the proceedings. An anonymous juror filed a motion late last month following the conclusion of the case in which one officer, Brett Hankison, was indicted, and the charges were not related to Taylor's death. While grand jury proceedings are typically secret, the juror felt talking about the case would provide more transparency about how and why jurors came to their decisions.

Firearms experts say that a ballistics report from Kentucky State Police supports Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s (R) claim that Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend fired the shot that wounded a Louisville officer in the raid that resulted in Taylor’s death. According to the Louisville Courier Journal, the report challenges previous analysis that Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly was wounded by “friendly fire” from other officers involved in the March incident. Instead, experts are saying the 9 mm round that hit Mattingly came from the gun of Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker. Walker had previously admitted to firing one shot from his legally owned handgun. Experts...

MSNBC has provided the latest, execrable example of how the liberal establishment will attack—and degrade with language they would otherwise condemn—any African-American who dares stray from the liberal line. Guest hosting MSNBC's AM Joy show this morning, Maria Teresa Kumar hailed the "powerful message" that rapper Megan Thee Stallion delivered on Saturday Night Live last night about Daniel Cameron, the black Republican Kentucky Attorney General overseeing the Breonna Taylor case: TAMIKA MALLORY (soundbite): Daniel Cameron is no different than the sellout Negroes that sold our people into slavery.MEGAN: We need to protect our black women and love our black women...

The attacks on Fox News host Tucker Carlson as a racist, white nationalist, xenophobic, immigrant-hating troll have become coin of the realm in the establishment media. Last week, the Daily Beast hit an all-time low when one of its reporters accused Carlson of blaming George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Jacob Blake for their own deaths and injuries from police. The almost libelous article attributes claims that Carlson actually never made on his show. The Daily Beast reporter simply offers his own dubious interpretations of Carlson’s interpretation of news and facts as he receives them. Carlson has been lambasted for criticizing...

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron on Thursday fired back at critics who have deemed him a sell-out and a race traitor over his handling of the Breonna Taylor case. Cameron, a Republican, drew intense backlash and has become the subject of racial attacks from the left after he recommended that the officers involved in Taylor’s death, who was shot in her home during a drug raid in March, not be charged with murder. On Thursday, Cameron appeared on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to say “that enough is enough.”

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron on Friday released the much-anticipated recordings of the grand jury proceedings in the deadly shooting of Breonna Taylor involving three Louisville police officers earlier this year. The audio, which officials estimated to be 20 hours long, was ordered to be released by noon ET Friday, after Cameron requested a delay earlier this week so his office could have more time to redact people’s names and other personal information before it was made public. It includes officers' testimony that they knocked on Taylor's door multiple times and announced the police presence before entering, according to the...

Yvette Gentry, the first woman and the third African American to lead the LMPD, took the stage and was sworn in as the new interim police chief, Louisville Courier-Journal reported. Stating what’s required under oath, she swore she'd never participated in a duel and would prosecute all gamblers in violation of state gaming laws, according to the newspaper.

CNN published an explainer about the Breonna Taylor case today. The headline is a bit of a muddle but they story itself does eventually reach a sensible conclusion about the case. The piece opens by focusing on a question. If former detective Brett Hankison was charged for recklessly endangering people in nearby apartments with bullets, why wasn’t he charged for recklessly endangering Breonna Taylor? None of the officers was charged with her March 13 killing. Ex-Detective Brett Hankison was charged with three counts of wanton endangerment because some of the shots he fired allegedly entered a neighboring apartment, where...

With precious little comment from the mainstream media, American progressives have disavowed Atticus Finch and aligned themselves with the mob in front of the county jail — this summer, the mob calling for the head of whichever white cop Benjamin Crump has chosen to lynch. This is no small transition. The Atticus of To Kill a Mockingbird (not the buzzkill Atticus of the Harper Lee’s earlier effort, Go Set a Watchman) defies the racist mob and demands due process. Crump stirs up the racist mob and subverts due process. Atticus leads with evidence. Crump leads with accusations. Atticus sticks to...

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky’s attorney general has acknowledged that he never asked the grand jury to consider homicide charges against police in the killing of Breonna Taylor. Amid outrage over the long-awaited charging decision, Attorney General Daniel Cameron said he would agree with a judge’s order to make public a recording of the proceedings, and that he wouldn’t object if members of the panel want to speak publicly about their grand jury experience. In his statement Monday night, Cameron also revealed that the only charge he recommended to the jury was wanton endangerment. He had previously declined to provide...

The Kentucky attorney general will release a recording of the grand jury proceedings in the Breonna Taylor case, a spokesman said hours after one of the jurors filed a court motion seeking the action so “the truth may prevail,” according to reports. The unidentified grand juror — who assailed Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s statements last week – also asked a judge to allow the panel’s members to give up their confidential status if they choose to discuss the explosive Louisville case, the Courier-Journal reported. Former Detective Brett Hankison has been charged with wanton endangerment for shooting through the 26-year-old EMT’s...
