Dixon– I guess you could say the Ronald Reagan cookbooks, “Dutch Treats from Dixon,” are a success. A sellout before they even were printed. But, never fear, you still can get them. “It took us nearly a year to collect and edit recipes, to take photos and to assemble the cookbook.
