PRAGUE, Czech Republic -- A large alcoholic drinks manufacturer has launched a marijuana flavored liquor, the company said Friday. The drink does not contain any tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, which is the active substance in marijuana. But the beverage does have an alcohol level of 16 percent, said Jiri Janak, the head of liquor production at Drinks Union. "We produce it from hemp, but there's no THC in it," Janak said, adding he has received no complaints from anti-drug activists. Elementary school principal charged in drug case 08/02/2002 Associated Press Twin Falls -- An elementary school principal in Twin Falls is facing felony drug charges stemming from a marijuana investigation. Forty-eight year-old Mary Lee Roberts was arraigned Thursday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released and faces a preliminary hearing August ninth.
