The Biden administration keeps telling the economy is great -- the best ever, Jack! -- and we're just not looking in the right places to see it. The problem is, Americans are looking in the right places -- gas, groceries, mortgages -- while the political class has decided to ignore those very big things. And here's another big of bad news for Bidenomics: Salaries have fallen by an average of 8.2% in the last five years, per Moneywise. Despite this, house prices have risen by an average of 56% in the last 5 years. — unusual_whales (@unusual_whales) July 1, 2024...

Biden will speak to "Good Morning America" and "This Week" anchor George Stephanopoulos for the interview. A first look will air on the Friday, July 5, edition of "World News Tonight with David Muir" with portions airing on Saturday and Sunday on "Good Morning America." The extended interview will air Sunday, July 7,...

A delegate for President Joe Biden’s reelection effort warned on Monday that black women will abandon the party if Democrats replace the presumptive nominee with another “white man” instead of Vice President Kamala Harris. Biden spoke with a raspy voice and trailed off during the Thursday debate with former President Donald Trump, leading Americans to express concerns about his age and fitness for another four years as president. Areva Martin, an attorney and California delegate for Biden for President, said on “The Stephen A. Smith Show” that Democrats should “stay the course” with the president and that passing over Harris...

With all the back and forth about replacing Biden, no one seems to be talking about ballot access and how they would address it - if Biden was replaced. As of now a few states have closed the window on adding a new name to the ballot. The deadlines have passed. By the time the DNC rolls around - most states will have had their deadlines pass. Which means Joe Biden's name will remain. in some cases, even in death. So, wouldn't you think this is a major issue? No one is talking about it through.

Earlier today there was a story that my governor, Tim Walz, has been talking to other governors who are deeply concerned about Biden's debate performance. The consensus was that nothing would calm the waters save, perhaps, a meeting with the president to discuss the path forward. Replacing rest of this thread with the story we wrote on the topic, since story is developing: https://t.co/XSLqiNKsgC— Jake Tapper (@jaketapper) July 2, 2024WashingtonCNN—Some Democratic governors are seeking a meeting with the White House to discuss their concerns about President Joe Biden in the aftermath of his poor debate performance, multiple sources with knowledge...

On CNN today, Carl Bernstein, of Watergate fame, reports that people close to Joe Biden —people “who loved him, have supported him, and among them are some people who would raise a lot of money for him” — say his disastrous debate performance wasn’t a “one-off.” There have been, according to these insiders, “15, 20 occasions in the last year and a half when the president has appeared somewhat as he did in that horror show that we witnessed.”Yeah, we know. All of us saw the horror show in a bunch of videos you hacks kept telling us was “misinformation”...

Donald Trump can’t believe his luck. Just a few days after Joe Biden seemed to fire himself from his own job live on air during a toe-curling presidential debate, the Supreme Court ruled on Monday that sitting and former presidents of the United States possess a degree of immunity not available to private citizens. In this strange new world, Republicans can now win in televised debates and the courts. Nixon must be rolling in his grave.

Former Obama administration Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Chris Jansing Reports” that President Joe Biden should drop out of the presidential race. Castro said, “I should begin by saying that I campaigned against Joe Biden. I served with him in the Obama administration, the Obama/Biden administration. I watched him the last three and a half years, he’s done an excellent job as president. It is also true that he is not the campaigner that he was in 2020 and the debate was just one more indicator of this. This has been coming for a...

CV NEWS FEED // The National Abortion Federation (NAF) has been forced to cut the monthly budget of its hotline in half because funding to directly finance abortions has declined since 2023, according to the nonprofit organization’s CEO, Brittany Fonteno. Fonteno told Bloomberg journalist Kelsey Butler in a June 26 article that there is “less support and less funding,” despite NAF working with a higher number of women seeking abortions. Fonteno’s comments about the decline in abortion funding come amid the Democratic National Committee’s recent pledge to spend over $8 million towards getting pro-abortion candidates elected. Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) on Monday decided to stick by President Joe Biden, his close ally, despite the president’s widely panned debate performance against former President Donald Trump. “He had a bad night and debate, but I think people know what’s at stake,” Casey told reporters. He contended that Keystone State voters are more concerned about leftist priorities such as abortion, labor, and voting rights, as well as the fate of “democracy.” He continued, “I’ve been at this a while, and I know his work,” Casey said. “And I also know that the American people and the people of Pennsylvania...

Polling after Joe Biden's debate fumbled are showing a decrease in support for the president's reelection. Biden's campaign has brushed off post-debate polls and claimed any dip is the result of 'overblown media narrative.' But for the first time this election cycle, former President Donald Trump has now pulled ahead in liberal state New Hampshire that has not voted for a Republican candidate for president in more than two decades.

Joe Biden-supporting MSNBC host Rachel Maddow has cracked down on indecisive Democrats to replace the presidential nominee. Maddow pressed that time is of the essence to name a new candidate so they can campaign in Monday's episode of her primetime show on the liberal news network. President Biden has been facing growing calls to drop out of the race following his disastrous debate against Republican nominee Donald Trump.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Official White House sources confirmed Monday that President Biden's State Department had contacted several enemy nations to politely ask that they would only consider attacking the United States between Biden's waking hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. According to State Department officials, the request was sent to China, Russia, Iran, Iraq, and North Korea, as well as a few miscellaneous Islamic terrorist groups and insurgencies. "Dear Enemies of the USA," reads the memo in part. "On behalf of President Biden, we kindly ask that — in the event that you feel like you really just...

There was fury and surprise among Biden White House aides following President Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance against former President Donald Trump last week, Axios national political correspondent Alex Thompson revealed on CNN. Biden aides were “just as shocked as many other Democrats on the Hill at what they were seeing,” Thompson said on Monday. The president’s fumbling has prompted many prominent newspapers and political figures to urge him to drop out of the race. Last week, Thompson penned a story on how Biden has been shielded by close aides since the start of his presidency. “There was real anger...

President Joe Biden is seven times more popular than former President Donald Trump among Ukrainians, a poll released Tuesday reveals. The Hill reports the first-ever poll was carried out by The Counteroffensive/Kyiv International Institute of Sociology. The unabashed affection of Ukrainian respondents for Biden was plain to see as 46.7 percent of those polled said Biden would be a better U.S. president for Ukraine’s war effort, while 6.5 percent said the same about Trump.

Oh my. Liberals haven't thought this through at all. There is a flood of limp wristed hand wringing transpiring among liberal circles following the SCOTUS ruling on Presidential immunity. They should be grateful instead, but they are short sighted and lacking in memory. Let's have a look at the histrionics from a couple of left-wing Biden sycophants. First, the ever-hyperbolic Elie Mystal. Well, yes. It's been done. Barack Obama killed four Americans in drone strikes. No indictment, no trial, no jury of their peers. Just BOOM. On Wednesday, the Obama administration publicly acknowledged for the first time that four Americans...

President Joe Biden’s aides are reportedly “scared *&*^&^%%” during briefings with him, as he refuses to take advice from anyone other than top aides. The reported leak from Politico represents frustration within the Biden campaign, which is reeling from a poor debate performance and subsequent calls for Biden to drop out of the race. “It’s like, ‘You can’t include that, that will set him off,’ or ‘Put that in, he likes that,’” one senior administration official told the outlet. “It’s a Rorschach test, not a briefing. Because he is not a pleasant person to be around when he’s being briefed....

Forty-one percent of Democrat voters want President Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 race, a Monday USA Today/Suffolk University poll found, while only 51 percent want him to remain on the ticket. The poll represents one of the first post-debate polls that Democrat operatives and donors will study to determine the total damage to Biden’s candidacy following his debate performance. By a five-to-one ratio, the poll found former President Donald Trump won the exchange. Only 28 percent of Biden supporters said he won. Only 24 percent of Democrats said the debate increased their support for Biden, while nine...

Like everyone else, I’ve been reading about the abysmal prospects for our country after the presidential debate, and there’s one recurring theme: the problem is the candidates. This is simple and convenient, but I think it is wrong. One guy is clearly incompetent and the other guy is a jerk, but in any republic or democracy, the candidates reflect things about who we are as a nation. You have to ask yourself how, in a population of over 300 million people, these two guys are the best we can do. Of course, the easy conclusion is that we have been...
