While Obama and Clinton allies in the Democratic Party and media (but I repeat myself) dismiss Benghazi scrutiny as a partisan witch-hunt, the cover-up has tied the hands of the Pentagon in its hunt for the murderers. As I wrote earlier this year (in “To protect his image, Obama has tied Pentagon's hands in hunting for Benghazi attackersâ€), Obama’s refusal to designate the Benghazi attack as having been planned and perpetrated by Al Qaeda has prevented the Pentagon from hunting down the murderers -- all to protect his image.Kristina Wong of The Hill reported: The U.S. military cannot hunt down and...

Well, this is enraging. Rep. Mike Rogers, the House Intel Committee Chair, says Obama knows where the Benghazi terrorists are hiding, but refuses to go after them because of his “kinder, gentler approach” to terrorism. He revealed this information to Time Magazine this week. We have numerous people that we know participated in the Benghazi attacks affiliated with al-Qaeda that are still on the battlefield. We have the capacity to get them but there’s no planning to get them. We have other serious al-Qaeda threats that normally we would take off the battlefield, but because of this Administration’s more kinder,...

Obama Donor Helped Free Terrorist Behind Benghazi Attack January 8, 2014 by Daniel Greenfield The left is rushing to blame Bush for the Benghazi attack, now that the State Department is moving to name a former Gitmo detainee released by Bush as a key figure in the attack. But Gitmo detainees were released as part of a pressure and lawfare campaign by the radical pro-terrorist left. Including Obama’s backers. The left-wing organization that helped spring Qumu was the Center for Constitutional Rights. Last April, the group issued an indignant press release painting Qumu as a harmless victim and blasting those...

War On Terror: By refusing to acknowledge the role of al-Qaida-linked terrorists in the Benghazi attack, the administration has kept our military from hunting down and killing people responsible for the deadly 2012 attack. There would seem to be no shortage of targets for America's fleet of drones after the Senate release of a report documenting, despite the efforts of the New York Times and others to revive the video lie, the presence and participation of terrorists from no fewer than four al-Qaida-affiliated groups on the ground in Benghazi. Among the al-Qaida-affiliated groups involved in the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist...

January 11, 2014 Trey Gowdy rips State Dept. over slow response in naming Benghazi terrorist groups Janeen Capizola South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy slammed the State Department Friday night over its slow response in finally naming the suspected terrorist groups responsible for the attack in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012. “I think tomorrow [the State Dept.] is going to announce that we put a man on the moon, that the Berlin Wall fell and that we discovered this neat little drug called penicillin,” Gowdy told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren. “That’s about how far behind the intelligence our State Department...

American officials have identified a former inmate of the Guantánamo Bay detention camp as a possible key organizer of the Benghazi attack which killed the ambassador to Libya 16 months ago, the British Guardian reported on Wednesday. Abu Sufyan bin Qumu, a leading Libyan terrorist, was named at the time as a possible suspect in the September 11, 2012 attack on the consulate in Benghazi in which the ambassador, Christopher Stevens, and three other Americans were killed. …

When U.S. commandos grabbed a former al Qaeda operative in Tripoli this month, American forces were just hours away from potentially launching a more dangerous covert raid to capture a militia figure facing charges in the deadly Benghazi terror attack, U.S. officials tell CNN. U.S. special operations forces were ready, if ordered, to enter Benghazi and capture Ahmed Abu Khattalah, a leading figure in the Ansar Al-Sharia militia. But the mission never materialized.

Mideast: The same al-Qaida-linked Ansar al-Sharia that killed four Americans in Benghazi is now training foreign jihadists to fight with Syria's Islamist rebels. Are we about to provide them air support? On Sept. 11, 2012, U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens was crouched in a safe room waiting for help as the al-Qaida terrorist group Ansar al-Sharia was taking credit for the attack, according to emails reaching the White House and the State Department. Ambassador Stevens did not survive, nor did Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Ty Woods, all killed by the terrorists of Ansar al-Sharia and other groups whose...
