WND Exclusive BORN IN THE USA? Is this really smoking gun of Obama's Kenyan birth? Attorney files motion for authentication of alleged 1960s certificate from Africa Posted: August 02, 2009 11:55 am Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily WASHINGTON – California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication. This document purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth for Barack Obama, allegedly...

Much to the disdain of elitist snobs all across the political spectrum, including some faux conservatives over at Fox News, the persistent, nagging questions over Barack Obama’s citizenship status, legitimacy and eligibility for office continue to mount. Apparently, respect for our Constitution is entirely too much to ask of some, Bill O’Reilly. Rather than address the questions directly, Obama’s costly efforts to bury the controversy or intimidate and ostracize those asking them into silence, are proof enough for thousands of people that he is indeed hiding something. Notwithstanding the reams of evidence, the media snobs who continue to wonder why...

Very early in the 2008 election, Democrats made an issue of John McCain's birth in the Panama Canal Zone as meaning he had not been born within the U.S.A. However, when the public became aware of questions concerning Barack Obama's birth impacting his eligibility, the subject quickly became a non-issue. Obama posted on his web site a certificate of birth which was quickly refuted by experts as fraudulent. The mainstream media refused to vet Obama's eligibility under Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. Since August of 2008, there has been a significant number of lawsuits filed to have...

Carol Swain, a professor of political science and law at Vanderbilt University who blogs for the left-leaning Huffington Post, says President Obama should just release his original long-form birth certificate and have done with the dispute. "I believe that the president should end the speculation by being transparent about all aspects of his background," Swain said. "In fact, it can be argued that the president belongs to the people and to scholars, biographers and others who are entitled to know every aspect of his past. Only great men can ascend to this height, and their lives should be examined and...

So what happens when President Zero's supposed Hawaian birth "Certification" is proven a fake and the American people remove him from office as provided for in the US Contitution? Who becomes president then? (Sorry for the vanity post, I just haven't seen any discussion about this. And if we have a new election I hope its Sarah!)

This past Tuesday, the conservative National Review Online published an editorial, "Born In The USA" trashing the so-called "birthers" for continuing to demand that President Barack Obama produce his original birth certificate, not just the "Certification of Live Birth" issued only in 2007 that his campaign posted on the Internet during last year's campaign. The editorial read, in part: Much foolishness has become attached to the question of President Obama’s place of birth, and a few misguided souls among the Right have indulged it. The myth that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president represents the hunt for a magic...

There is a larger story at work here, larger than the birth certificate (or lack thereof) itself. In recent history we as a people have entrusted a solemn duty in the media to be our investigative arm in a process commonly called vetting, vetting of our politicians during a campaign for office. We trusted them to stay vigil, put the pressure on them and to dig deep, to root around in a candidates past and find the dirt, the good and the bad and lay it out there for us to see and judge the candidate by. Until the recent...

The state of Hawaii has made a series of procedural changes that would allow officials to destroy President Obama's original long-form birth certificate, concealing its contents forever. The warning comes in a report by an investigator commissioned by a retired CIA officer. The report was posted online by the Western Center for Journalism, which withheld the name of the officer. "We know from a document posted on June 10, 2009, on the Department of Hawaiian Homelands website that, up until very recently, either the original paper Certificates of Live Birth and/or scanned images of those paper certificates were maintained by...

If nothing else, the Internet gives voice to the fringe. Any nut can find a following in the new media. There is a small but passionate fringe on the right that continues to insist that President Obama is not an American but was born in Kenya. I have read everything I have come across on this and the evidence is overwhelming that there is nothing to this theory. His birth announcement was carried at the time in Honolulu newspapers. Certified copies of his birth certificate have been produced. Like people who believe that an alien spacecraft crashed at Roswell, or...

In response to a direct question from WND, the Hawaii Department of Health refused to authenticate either of the two versions of President Obama's short-form Certificate of Live Birth, or COLB, posted online – neither the image produced by the Obama campaign nor the images released by FactCheck.org. Janice Okubu, the public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, also had no explanation for why Dr. Chiyome Fukino's initial press release last October and subsequent press release last week also avoided declaring the posted images to be of authentic documents. In June 2008, Ben LaBolt, an Obama campaign spokesman, released the...

n today’s show, Rush Limbaugh picked up on the argument that Andrew McCarthy made in his National Review column, which I responded to yesterday, and continued his not-very-subtle effort to give credence to birther paranoia: RUSH: Oh, that birther thing, you know, the birth certificate thing. Andy McCarthy wrote a brilliant piece on this whole birth certificate controversy at National Review Online. Really, he says, it’s not about the birth certificate. It’s about Obama’s honesty. He hasn’t released his law school records, his law review records, his Columbia records, his university records. He hasn’t released a lot of things. This...

The Obama conspiracy theorists may appear marginal, but they have a sizeable audience now and were effectively running the country until last year. When Barack Obama delivered the speech to the Democratic party convention in 2004 that launched his national career, he began by telling his own compelling personal story: "Let's face it, my presence on this stage is pretty unlikely. My father was a foreign student, born and raised in a small village in Kenya … While studying here, my father met my mother. She was born in a town on the other side of the world, in Kansas."...

Fear and trembling are brewing among the anti-birther brigade. For evidence look no further than a sad and confused polemic in the LA Times against conservative truth-seekers by leftist comedian Bill Maher. In setting out to attack legitimate public concern over such issues as Barack Obama’s birth certificate and Senator John Kerry’s earlier claims about his Vietnam War experience, Maher only deepens the growing American suspicion about the left’s commitment to the truth. Even worse, Maher’s pathetic tirade against conservatives never rises above an eighth-grade schoolyard tantrum, which should raise further concerns about the effects of drinking kool-aid on a...

My first take is that the dates DO match up for 1964 events surrounding the Obama's 1964 divorce. Here we go:Ann filed for Divorce Jan. 20, 1964 (Inauguration Day – what are the odds?), and the date was set by the presiding judge for the trial to commence 30 days after Obama SR would have responded to his notification, sent to Cambridge, Mass (Cambridge – what are the odds? ). Judge Samuel P. King who granted the divorce – last I heard was retired and alive (for now) in his 90s in Hawaii -- MAY or MAY NOT have asked to...

WASHINGTON – One of the most influential bloggers, pundits and columnists in America, Andrew Sullivan, has joined the rising chorus of voices across the political spectrum calling for Barack Obama to release his original, long-form birth certificate to put aside growing doubts about his eligibility for the presidency. Sullivan writes that he believes official accounts, such as the recent statement by Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Health Department, that maintain Obama was born there and is a "natural born citizen." Sullivan says, however, Americans should not be expected to accept on blind faith the word of public...

If with this new birth certificate it is determined that OBAMA is not legal to be president we need to cease his agenda immediately. Congressmen you are RESPONSIBLE as our trustees and I would hate for you to be sued by the AMERICAN PUBLIC for not doing your job.

This image, purporting to be of Barack Hussein Obama's kenyan birth certificate, has been emailed to me twice in the last 24 hours. Is this a hoax, or a smoking gun attesting to Obama's perfidy? Speaking only for myself, I have NO IDEA if this is valid or not. It may just be a complete fabrication. But as Obama plaintiff Charles Kerchner said, "it's at least as valid as Obama's online COLB" being waved around on MSNBC and held by Factcheck.org.

A Tale of Two Leaders: Obama vs. Bibi (ILLUSTRATED) Benyamin Netanyahu was born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1949, a year after the state of Israel declared independence. Barack Hussein Obama may or may not have been born in Hawaii, United States in 1961. Kenya is not part of the United States. In his early years, Bibi served as a captain in the Sayeret Matkal reconnaissance unit of the Israeli Defense Force. In his early years, Obama says he did marijuana, cocaine and booze. Bibi’s brother, Yoni, (who attended Harvard) was wounded in the 1967 War and later killed during...
