Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revoked security clearances from the 51 ‘spies who lied,’ several Biden-era officials and Deep State lawyers. Joe Biden is also no longer receiving his Daily Brief. Last month, President Trump stripped the security clearances of at least eight corrupt ‘antagonists’ who worked for Biden or targeted him for ruin over the last several years: Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken Former NatSec Advisor Jake Sullivan New York Attorney General Letitia James Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg Biden’s Deputy AG Lisa Monaco Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann Deep State lawyer Mark Zaid Norm Eisen – the man...

O'Reilly then went on to predict that California Gov. Gavin Newsom would be "next" on the list of officials being sued. “The big power is Newsom in California. Newsom’s next. Hey, Gavin, they’re coming for you!” O’Reilly said. That appears a completely logical conclusion based on the DOJ's actions so far and Newsom's recalcitrance on the issue of illegal immigration in his state. O'Reilly also predicted that in all this, "Pritzker is going to get destroyed" and Trump would "bring down" James and Bragg.

Bill O’Reilly made a stunning prediction Wednesday night on NewsNation’s Cuomo: Donald Trump is going to destroy NY Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. And Trump may just have an unlikely ally to make that goal a reality. O’Reilly claimed that New York Mayor Adams “knows where the bodies are buried” when it comes to James and Bragg, the two figures who aggressively pursued Trump in court. What he means by this is Adams may hold damaging information that could help Trump turn the tables on the prosecutors who have relentlessly targeted him. “I’m going to predict...

Now that President Trump is back in the White House, it’s time to take a victory lap and remind every smug liberal that their so-called “34-time convicted felon” narrative was always a sham. We knew it. You knew it. And now, with the truth coming to light, even some of them are starting to wake up. Because here’s the reality: That entire case was a disgraceful political hit job, and the most blatant abuse of the justice system we’ve ever seen. The Biden DOJ never even bothered to hide their corruption. They weaponized the courts like a banana republic, hoping...

President Donald Trump has stripped security clearances from a number of left-wing lawmakers and officials, including New York Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, among several others. Just hours after revoking President Biden’s security clearance and access to classified intelligence briefings, Trump has shifted his attention to one of the ex-president’s top underlings in former Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Just weeks before the 2020 election, Blinken circulated a bogus memo claiming that the infamous Hunter Biden laptop was a “Russian disinformation operation.” A total of 51 former intelligence officers...

President Trump is not done laying down the law on corrupt officials who sought not only destroy his political career and but also lock him in prison for life. As The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor reported, Trump announced Friday evening he has revoked Joe Biden’s national security clearance and is stopping his courtesy presidential daily intelligence briefings. The president cited Biden’s precedent of doing the same to him in 2021, as well as the report by Special Counsel Robert Hur on Biden’s “poor memory” in his investigation about Biden stealing and mishandling classified documents as reasons for his action. Trump...

President Donald Trump has decided to remove security clearances for several Democrats, including former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and New York Attorney General Letitia James, both of whom are vocal Trump critics. Former National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Biden’s Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and attorneys Andrew Weissmann, Mark Zaid and Norm Eisen. The move comes a day after Trump stripped his predecessor, former President Joe Biden, of his security clearance and his access to presidential daily briefs. "There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information," Trump wrote...

President Trump has ordered security clearances stripped from a new hit list of antagonists. Just days after revoking Joe Biden’s access to classified information and secure federal buildings — “because I don’t trust him” — Trump said his new top target is ex-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who orchestrated the “Dirty 51” letter from former intelligence officials on the eve of the 2020 election. .. New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg join the new group of eight Democrat foes Trump plans to punish by revoking any access to classified information and barring their entry...

by Victoria Toensing and John Yoo Rather than revenge, the Justice Department should defend the constitutional rights of candidate Trump and his voters. In his second inaugural address, President Donald Trump declared that the “weaponization of our Justice Department and our government will end” and that he would “re-balance” the scales of justice. He now faces an important decision: whether to investigate the founders of the lawfare campaigns against him — beginning with New York Attorney General Letitia James and New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg. He would have at his disposal the same legal theory that the Biden...

Below is my column at Fox.com on the sentencing of President-Elect Donald Trump. The conviction should be overturned on appeal. However, the most lasting judgment will be against the New York court system itself in allowing this travesty of justice to occur. Here is the column: With the sentencing of Donald Trump Friday, the final verdict on the New York criminal trial of the president-elect is in. The verdict is not the one that led to no jail or probation for the incoming president. Acting Justice Juan Merchan has brought down the gavel on the New York legal system as...

President-elect Donald Trump filed an emergency petition to the United States Supreme Court Wednesday morning in an effort to block his sentencing in New York v. Trump. Judge Juan Merchan set Trump's sentencing in New York v. Trump for Jan. 10 after a jury found the now-president-elect guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree, stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's investigation. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges and has appealed the ruling but was rejected last week by Merchan.

A New York Appeals court on Tuesday denied Trump’s request to delay Friday’s sentencing in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ case. Trump will be sentenced on Friday after appellate Judge Ellen Gesmer said presidential immunity does not cover presidents-elect. Last week crooked Judge Juan Merchan ordered Trump to be sentenced in Bragg’s hush money case related to Trump’s payments to porn star Stormy Daniels. .....Snip..... Judge Ellen Gesmer rejected Trump’s claim that the case should be delayed because of presidential immunity, after his attorney argued before the court that Trump is covered by presidential immunity that extends to him...

Ahead of a January 10 sentencing in Donald Trump’s New York hush money case, the president-elect made a shocking claim: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg “never wanted to bring” the case against him. He also slammed the “broken” legal system in a scathing statement. “D.A. Alvin Bragg never wanted to bring this lawless case against me. He was furious at the way it was handled, and especially angry at MARK POMERANTZ for his behavior, and what he did. Ultimately, the Biden/Harris DOJ forced Bragg to concoct anything to embarrass TRUMP. But it was even more so what the CORRUPT and...

President Trump on Monday morning launched a legal challenge to halt Judge Juan Merchan’s sentencing in the lawfare hush money case. If Trump is sentenced, he will officially be a ‘convicted felon’ which is why Merchan is trying to move forward with the sentencing. Trump will be sentenced in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare hush money case on January 10 before his inauguration. “This court finds that neither the vacatur of the jury’s verdicts nor dismissal of the indictment are required by the Presidential immunity doctrine, the Presidential Transition Act or the Supremacy Clause,” Judge Juan Merchan wrote last Friday. ..... Few men in recent political history are as contemptible Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The first black man elected to his prestigious position, Bragg is also known for a number of other things. Namely, he's perhaps best known for being the New York paper pusher who became vaingloriously obsessed -- to his own detriment -- with prosecuting President-elect Donald Trump on a number of spurious, politically motivated charges.

The US Supreme Court on Monday declined to lift the gag order imposed on Trump in his NYC ‘hush money’ case. This is the second time the Supreme Court declined to intervene and lift the gag order. “The Supreme Court on Monday declined to lift a gag order restricting President-elect Donald Trump from making statements about jurors, court staff, and their families in his New York criminal case,” The Washington Examiner reported. “Justice Samuel Alito handled the denial on behalf of the full court, marking the second time this year the justices have upheld the restrictions. There were no additional...

The far-right is rejoicing at Daniel Penny being found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the May 2023 New York City subway strangling death of Jordan Neely. Penny, who is white, put Neely, a Black man, in a chokehold for six minutes while other train passengers captured the incident on film. Penny’s lawyers argued that he believed Neely was a volatile, mentally ill man who posed a threat to the public. Neely was unarmed and had a muffin in his pocket, but Penny quickly became a hero to the right wing. Right-wing figures, including one Donald Trump staffer, immediately...
