Cryptographic Algorithms Hidden in State Bureau of Elections Official Voter Registration Databases Appear Designed for Secret Rogue Agents to Facilitate the Fraudulent Voting of Mail-in Ballots Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., has documented that a dark presence has secretly penetrated the state election boards in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio elections, surreptitiously placing cryptographic algorithms into each state's official voter registration databases. In a series of reports documented on the 501(c)3 website GodsFiveStones.com, Paquette's research revealed complex cryptographic algorithms in state voter databases that could potentially be used to covertly manipulate voter records, raising concerns about possible misuse, including but not...

Jerome R. CORSI, Ph.D. tells The Gateway Pundit, “We have cracked the Enigma Machine of Democratic Election Fraud.” And officials are taking the findings seriously. Brian Katz, Ohio Public Integrity Division Director, announced on Monday that the Secretary of State’s Office will investigate algorithms placed in the Ohio State Board of Electionss voter registration file. Katz writes, “My understanding is that you have knowledge of certain algorithsm embedded in the state’s voter registration database that could allow for the manipulation of mail-in voting records or other election datea.” Katz told Dr. Corsi, “I ask that you provide this evidence as...

Google's Gemini AI chatbot became the center of controversy last week when it was discovered that the AI didn't want to create images of white people, couldn't say if Adolf Hitler was worse than Elon Musk, or wouldn't condemn pedophilia. In the wake of these scandals, Google had a bit of a mea culpa.“I know that some of its responses have offended our users and shown bias – to be clear, that’s completely unacceptable, and we got it wrong,” Google CEO Sundar Pichai said. But the truth is, the responses were all by design. We've known of Google's woke ideology and...

Former Vice President Al Gore is calling for a ban on social media algorithms, which he bizarrely compared to AR-15s, saying they are the “digital equivalent” of the firearm leftists love to hate. “If you have social media that is dominated by algorithms that pull people down these rabbit holes that are a bit like pitcher plants,” Gore said at the United Nations Climate Conference (COP28). “These algorithms, they are the digital equivalent of AR-15s, they ought to be banned — they really ought to be banned.”

Gonzalez v. Google centers on the contention that YouTube’s algorithms engendered the radicalization and recruitment of Islamic State members and affiliates, ultimately making the social media platform liable for attacks like the November 2015 Paris ones that cost the lives of 130 people including the petitioners’ daughter, Mexican-American college student Nohemi The case touches on a core legal article for the Internet, Section 230, which says that social media platforms and other interactive computer services are considered not liable for content posted by their users. “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher...

Summary:How is it possible for proprietary AI models to enter patient care, without extensive peer reviews for algorithmic transparency? That's a question we should be asking about Epic's Deterioration Index, which has been utilized for several use cases, including COVID-19 patient risk models. The conversation about machine learning development largely centers on how individual organizations proceed - and whether they use adequate data, methods, algorithms, transparency, and a process that guarantees models do not go into production until they are tested and vetted. At the other end of the spectrum are AI models developed by Google and Facebook that are completely opaque,...

A Big Tech whistleblower said Google altered its algorithm in order to ensure that negative stories from the establishment media about former Present Donald Trump were what people saw when using the highest-trafficked website on the internet.Zach Vorhies, who previously worked for Google, said in an interview with The Epoch Times that the tech titan specifically tailored its news algorithm to harm the former president.Vorhies has written a book about his experience working at Google. He said he wanted to “take conspiracy theory and turn it into conspiracy fact” by sharing the practices he saw as a longtime former employee,...

Although the insecure algorithms are still implemented in modern mobile phones, the researchers do not expect them to pose a significant threat to users. Credit: RUB, Marquard ================================================================================== The encryption algorithm GEA-1 was implemented in mobile phones in the 1990s to encrypt data connections. Since then, it has been kept secret. Now, a research team from Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB), together with colleagues from France and Norway, has analyzed the algorithm and has come to the following conclusion: GEA-1 is so easy to break that it must be a deliberately weak encryption that was built in as a backdoor. Although the...

“Fortunately, while the sophisticated technology may be new, the FTC’s attention to automated decision making is not,” FTC staff attorney Elisa Jillson wrote in a statement on Tuesday, adding that the agency “has decades of experience” enforcing laws that racist algorithms violate. They write that selling and/or using racially biased algorithms could qualify as unfair or deceptive practices under the FTC Act. They also remind businesses that racial discrimination (by algorithm or human) could violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

by Technion - Israel Institute of Technology Credit: CC0 Public Domain Using AI and computer automation, Technion researchers have developed a 'conjecture generator' that creates mathematical conjectures, which are considered to be the starting point for developing mathematical theorems. They have already used it to generate a number of previously unknown formulas. The study, which was published in the journal Nature, was carried out by undergraduates from different faculties under the tutelage of Assistant Professor Ido Kaminer of the Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion. The project deals with one of the most fundamental elements...

An upcoming bombshell book from Breitbart News investigative reporter Allum Bokhari interviews a source that has worked at both Google and Twitter, who exposes how the AI algorithms used by Big Tech platforms are being trained to target conservatives. The book, #DELETED: Big Tech’s Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election, will be published by Center Street on September 22, and is currently available for preorder. Sources close to Google and other tech giants say the book will “shake the foundations of Silicon Valley.” One former Twitter and Google employee, who spent over a decade working in...

The system mimics the behavior of vertebrates, whose balance control comes largely from oscillating neurons in the spinal cord, using a combination of encoder sensors (to read relative positions for joints) and inertial measurement units (to measure the body's orientation relative to the ground). The result is a mechanical canine that can walk, run and trot with more grace and speed than usual. Cameras and LiDAR are also present to help robots avoid collisions. This doesn't require dramatic changes to the bots themselves, at least. The test units are Ghost Robotics designs augmented with sensors to test the new algorithms.

he 18th of March, 2018, was the day tech insiders had been dreading. That night, a new moon added almost no light to a poorly lit four-lane road in Tempe, Arizona, as a specially adapted Uber Volvo XC90 detected an object ahead. Part of the modern gold rush to develop self-driving vehicles, the SUV had been driving autonomously, with no input from its human backup driver, for 19 minutes.

As artificial intelligence is rapidly gaining ground, MIT researchers have created what they call "the world's first psychopath AI," giving it darker views on things by feeding it gruesome content from Reddit. Aptly named "Norman," like the character from Alfred Hitchcock's famous Psycho, the psychopath AI went on a diet of gruesome and violent content from a Reddit page known for its dark posts. As a result, Norman got a whole different view of everything compared to a regular AI that learned from other sources. The researchers note that Norman is a case study aiming to see how AI could...

The quest for "quantum supremacy" – unambiguous proof that a quantum computer does something faster than an ordinary computer – has paradoxically led to a boom in quasi-quantum classical algorithms. For Cristian Calude, doubt began with a puzzle so simple, he said, that “even a child can understand it.” Here it is: Suppose you have a mysterious box that takes one of two possible inputs — you can press a red button or a blue button, say — and gives back one of two possible outputs — a red ball or a blue ball. If the box always returns the same...

Steven Pierre, Twitter engineer explains “shadow banning,” says “it’s going to ban a way of talking” Former Twitter software engineer Abhinav Vadrevu on shadow banning: “they just think that no one is engaging with their content, when in reality, no one is seeing it” Former Twitter Content Review Agent Mo Norai explains banning process: “if it was a pro-Trump thing and I’m anti-Trump… I banned his whole account… it’s at your discretion” When asked if banning process was an unwritten rule, Norai adds “Very. A lot of unwritten rules… It was never written it was more said” Olinda Hassan, Policy...

A blind man in a dark room is looking for his black cat, and he can't find it. He calls in a sighted person for help. He can't find the cat either but is more confounded than the owner. Because the room is dark and the cat is black, the sighted person can't presume the cat isn't in the room. Anthony Scriffignano and his data science team at Dun & Bradstreet Inc. work on problems like this all the time: They search for data that is elusive -- maybe hiding in plain sight or not there at all. Scriffignano, SR...

Your life is dominated by algorithms and you know next-to-nothing about how they work or what consequences they have. With Facebook's news feed controlling the (fake!) news we see and the algorithmic robo-debt debacle engulfing Centrelink, it's time we knew more about the algorithms having a growing impact on our lives. Has an algorithm affected your life? Do you work with any algorithms we should investigate? Tell us about it. Key points: We're looking into how algorithms are changing our lives It's more interesting, important and complicated than you might imagine We've collected some interesting reporting on how algorithms are influencing...

Leaked e-mails published by WikiLeaks show that the mainstream media are not the only media going out of their way to push the election to Hillary Clinton. While the collusion between the Department of Justice and the Clinton campaign/Clinton Foundation and between the mainstream media and the Clinton campaign/Clinton Foundation have done much to help Clinton, social media has played a big part in the game, as well.In the modern age, data is a more valuable asset than most realize. Those who decide what you see can — to a large extent — manipulate what you think, or at least...
