By Walid Shoebat (Shoebat Exclusive) As has been predicted by Shoebat.com for years which these days things are moving with lightening speed, the Islamist seized Libya’s capital, Tripoli including its airport, proclaimed their own government and presented the world with yet another similar crisis to ISIS. All this has major prophetic implications. The umbrella group for Islamist militias calling itself Al-Fajr (The Dawn) of Libya said it has also taken hold of other locations in the capital controlled by the rival militias, drawing to a close one chapter in a prolonged confrontation between the Islamist-allied militia, largely from the city...

"TOP TEN JIHADI FORUMS, AS OF 14 FEBRUARY, 2011" SNIPPET: "Assembled with the help of my dear brothers in Fateh al-Islam (and their minders in the Syrian intelligence service). The [PWP] notation indicates the site is password protected. There's nothing worse than the mournful wailing of analysts, graduate students, and reporters who find themselves locked out of their favorite forum. Join early, join often, save important discussions as you find them, try not to say anything too embarrassing, and if you're a civilian, make some effort to let your friendly neighborhood secret police know that you're a good guy, not...

SNIPPET: "Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) put out a new audio production through their media outlet, Al-Malahim Media, by way of Al-Fajr, featuring former GTMO detainee, Shaikh Ibrahim al-Rubaysh, who is now a religious authority for AQAP. I’m drawing your attention to this, not because his statement entitled, “How Could You Abandon Jihad?” was that compelling – because it wasn’t (although it was pretty alarmist) – but because of the banner graphic they used featuring a personal audio player. I’ve seen this before but for some reason I was inspired to comment this time. The notion that kids anywhere...

Humam Khalil Muhammed Abu Mulal al Balawi, a Jordanian Islamist who was thought to have been turned against al Qaeda, appeared on a videotape with Hakeemullah Mehsud, the leader of the Movement of...

SNIPPET: "Discussion: I first observed discussion of binary explosives on the al-Firdaws forum in January of 2007. In light of recent events I will post here my archive:" SNIPPET: "Implementation: On Christmas Day, 2009, Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab boards a flight in Amsterdam, bound for Detroit, and on final descent he attempts to set off what was most likely a binary explosive. Thank goodness he either screwed up or had bad instructions, because the chemicals he was working with were evidently quite good."

SNIPPET: "Arabic language schools in Nasr City are doing well and many Salafists come to Egypt in to learn the language of the Koran. Many deeply religious students from Europe come to Egypt to learn Arabic. The question is: are these European Salafists coming to study the language of the Koran or to prepare terrorist attacks?" SNIPPET: "In addition to language lessons, they usually follow courses in Islamic law offered by teachers ranging from the renowned Al-Azhar University to clandestine imams without permits. "Religious fanatics want to be taken seriously," says Walid al-Gohari, founder and director of the Al-Fajr institute,...

Note: Photos included. SNIPPET: "Basically he’s saying if Germany pulls out of Afghanistan, al Qaeda will turn a blind eye to Germany and not attack it, which he intimates it will do soon otherwise."

Publication: Terrorism Monitor Volume: 7 Issue: 14 04:31 PM Age: 11 hrs By: Urged by a senior al-Qaeda ideologue to take over Pakistan, members of jihadi internet forums have begun to examine the possibility of controlling Pakistan’s nuclear weapons (al-faloja1.com, April 24). At the same time, jihadis continue to collect information on nuclear facilities around the globe, especially Israel’s nuclear projects, waiting for an opportunity to perpetrate successful terrorist attacks against these facilities after massive terrorist attacks using conventional weapons failed to give rise to the global supremacy of Islamic law (al-faloja1.com, April 22). On March 14, al-Fajr Media Center...

This morning, Al-Fajr Media launched a new 29-page book by Abu Yahya al-Libi entitled, A Spear to Fight the Government and the Army of Pakistan It’s chalk full of ideo-religious stuff in order to lay a groundwork for overthrowing Islamic regimes, something that most of Islamic history declares a big no-no. This is just one more chapter in the long book of Abu Yahya’s attempt to rewrite Islam from within. It’s his attempt to labotomize the religion and cram it full of Abu Yahya’isms. In my view, ABu Yahya is Machiavellian in his ambition. Few seem to get how scary...
