BROWNSTOWN, Ind. — Two men have been charged in connection with the abduction and slaying of a 10-year-old girl whose body was found in a creek, authorities said. Charles Hickman, 20, charged with murder and criminal confinement in the death of Katlyn Collman, told investigators her abduction was intended to scare the girl into keeping quiet about methamphetamine activities in her neighborhood, prosecutors said. Three members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine admitted to plotting to kidnap and murder a soldier who serves in Samaria. The three, who were arrested recently in a combined operation by the Shin Bet and the IDF, were detained because of their affiliation with an enemy organization, Judea and Samaria Police spokesman Rafi Yafe said.
