The first direct link above is to Soros' own web page. Many of you will choose not to click on it and well that's your choice. But some of you should actively look and see for yourself. Open the PDF, scroll down to the year 2008. Electronic Frontier Foundation got 300,000 dollars from Soros. Now scroll down to the year 2007. Another 100,000 dollars. So the total is 400k. And there is more. Let's take a look at who it is that sits on their various boards: http://www.eff.org/about/advisoryboard I am aware of Ethan Zuckerman being a Soros buddy because of...
  • Tracking Left wing funding of NPR

As you start to read all this, you'll laugh at how incestuous it all gets. Let's start with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which as I've noted in the past is tied in with the Soros foundation. Together, the two worked on something called The Project on Death in America.(PDIA) http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2341083/posts And speaking of Mr Soros, he himself(his foundations) have given directly to NPR. Compared to some of the other numbers I'm seeing, it's a small amount of $250,000. But it doesn't matter. Soros money is soros money in my book. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2396058/posts Additional information about RWJF can be found here....
  • American Spectator warns of Soros’ manipulation of 2010+ elections

With a mere investment of $780,000 Soros and his allies were able to suborn free elections in the states of Montana, West Virginia, Missouri, Oregon, in 2008, and in Minnesota, Ohio, New Mexico, Nevada and Iowa, in 2006. How did he achieve so much with so little? He founded a 527 group which funded candidates in one kind of race in which the victor has the most influence over election integrity, and in which there is so little political competition: the Secretaries of State. In each State the SoS job is entrusted with overseeing the protection of free and fair...
  • "Fight The Smears" Targets 527 Group pH For America

Barack Obama’s campaign got wind of oppo researcher Stephen Marks’ plans to air the “The Real Barack Obama” ad produced by his 527 group pH for America on five TV stations in the battleground states of PA and MI starting this week, because his “smear-fighting” Web site has launched an attack on the attack ad. Referring to him as a “career smear peddler,” a “trickster” and a “scam artist,” the Obama campaign does not mention Marks by name, but coyly links to an entry on SourceWatch instead.
  • For Kerry detractor O'Neill, the feelings still run deep - conservative darling

Conservative darling was in same Vietnam swift boat division HOUSTON -- With puffy eyes and a tired smile, veteran John E. O'Neill sank into a chair in his office conference room earlier this week looking more like an overworked lawyer than a political firebrand. But his comments left no doubt: O'Neill is helping run what is arguably the most aggressive outside campaign to defeat Senator John F. Kerry thus far in the presidential election cycle. Kerry challenges critics over his Vietnam War record. A9 "He is unfit to be commander in chief," O'Neill, 58, said in an interview in his...
  • (Vanity) Question: How does one go about creating a "527 group"?

Does anyone have any links to information on how to setup a "527 group" and begin (if it's not too late) to raise money for my own efforts to produce a Pro-Bush "shadow campaign" (totally independant of the RNC or Bush campaigns, I understand that is forbidden by law). I can think of many hardball slogans and campaign ads that may be more effective in some markets. I'd like to do what I can to ensure Kerry doesn't win in November. thanks in advance.
