A St. Charles woman infected with HIV was arraigned Tuesday afternoon at the St. Charles County Jail as police continued to seek the woman's sex partners, which could number 100, said her mother. Angela D. Harris, 26, is charged with having unprotected sex with her 42-year-old boyfriend, but detectives believe many people may be at risk based on statements made by Harris' mother, Cathy Lenceski.
