President Trump promised on Day One to end the permitting nightmare that buries American projects for years. One year later, the numbers are in. The White House published a release on June 30, 2026 marking the milestone, and the scale of the overhaul is bigger than most people realized. The release says more than 60 agencies and departments have now reformed, or are in the process of reforming, their procedures after CEQ reviewed thousands of pages of rules and related materials. The core problem is a law called NEPA. For decades, the White House argues, the review process was used...

🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem🇮🇱 (7/1/26)[Prayer]Personalities1 Samuel 2:12-18 12 Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the Lord. 13 And the priest's custom with the people was, that, when any man offered sacrifice, the priest's servant came, while the flesh was in seething, with a fleshhook of three teeth in his hand; 14 And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the fleshhook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh unto all the Israelites that came thither. 15 Also before they burnt...

In the late nineties, my boss sent me to an HR training conference. As I entered the elevator up to the conference room, a middle-aged black man and I acknowledged each other with a nod and a smile. We rode up alone and in silence. One of the first hourlong presentations was on race relations, and the man I’d shared the elevator with was the speaker. To my openmouthed astonishment, he began by talking about me. He said he’d ridden the elevator that morning with a white man, and that I hadn’t spoken to him because he was black and...

A prankster at East Brook Middle School in Paramus, New Jersey, just pulled off what might be the most insane yearbook prank you'll ever see. Well, look who's burning books now! Yes, a child was supposed to send in a baby photo and sent in a photo of baby Adolf Hitler instead. And somehow, no one on the yearbook committee or in the middle school offices noticed the baby photo was over 100 years old. Here's more from the Post: 'Earlier today, after students had already received their yearbooks, we learned that the baby pictures section of the yearbook contained...

Sunday at the Kennedy Center’s Mark Twain Prize event, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) told Fox News that the “dirtbag left” are “clearly anti-America,” referring to the two members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) who won primaries in New York and Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner. Fetterman said, “And in like it. It was a really it was a really big night for the dirtbag left. You know, last week, without a doubt. And some of the crazy things that they’ve said. You know, like clearly anti-America, you know, anti Western civilization. And they actually one of them was...

Sergey Brin spent a career building one of the most valuable companies on earth. It took Zohran Mamdani less than a year in office to convince him New York City real estate wasn’t worth the trouble. Amphitheatre LLC, the family office vehicle tied to the Google co-founder, quietly sold off its stake in a New York apartment fund late last year, according to filings first reported by Bloomberg. The fund, managed by A&E Real Estate, controls nearly 5,900 rent-stabilized units scattered across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Brin’s exit price was not generous. He accepted roughly six cents on...

The Supreme Court came out with some decisions Monday and Tuesday that many conservatives are celebrating, but as they say, you can’t win ‘em all. As many pundits expected, the High Court knocked down President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order, which said people born on American soil should not automatically be granted citizenship if their parents were here either illegally or temporarily. The court ruled otherwise in a 5-4 decision, arguing that the 14th Amendment specifically provides that anyone born here is regarded as a citizen. This leaves the door open to the birthright tourism scam, where pregnant women either...

A remarkable feature of governments in Europe is the extent to which they operate explicitly against the interest of their citizens and voters. They give an outward appearance of being democracies, and they hold regular elections, but somehow the people in power are a self-perpetuating political clique that, from all evidence, seems to hold the ordinary working people and voters in complete contempt. Prime examples of operating against the interests of the people include: opening the borders to millions of impoverished migrants who hate the host countries; and imposing a fantasy “energy transition” that drives up the cost of energy...

A federal judge on Tuesday issued a preliminary injunction blocking the Pentagon's policy requiring escorts for reporters. US District Judge Paul Friedman, a Clinton appointee, sided with the New York Times and blocked the Pentagon from enforcing its policy requiring the reporters to be accompanied by an official escort. The judge's injunction only applies to reporters with the New York Times. Politico reported: A federal district court judge on Tuesday blocked the Defense Department from requiring journalists to be accompanied by an official escort in the Pentagon, siding with The New York Times in its latest legal fight with the...

Iran’s most senior clerics have called for the assassinations of President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, declaring the leaders mahdour al-dam — or deserving of death. The 88-member Assembly of Experts issued a 10-point statement in which they said killing “the wicked prime minister of the Zionist regime” and “the criminal American president” was a religious duty that must be carried out “under any circumstances.” The clerics — who are constitutionally tasked with choosing and supervising the supreme leader — wrote that the call for their assassinations that avenging the death of supreme leader Ali Khamenei was of...

Tennessee’s attempt to revive two gun-control statutes moved to the Court of Appeals on June 23, 2026, as judges heard argument in Stephen L. Hughes, et al. v. Bill Lee, et al., a major right-to-carry case challenging the state’s “Going Armed” law and its ban on carrying firearms in many public recreational areas. The case stems from a ruling by a special three-judge Chancery Court panel that declared Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1307(a)(1), the state’s “Going Armed” statute, and Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1311(a), the Parks Statute, unconstitutional, void, and of no effect. At issue is whether Tennessee can continue treating ordinary...

Zo’s busting the budget. Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s inaugural, record-breaking nearly $126 billion budget passed late Tuesday — growing city spending by more than $10 billion from last year despite his past dire warnings about the Big Apple’s financial situation. The under-the-wire vote by the City Council came just hours before a Wednesday deadline and after frantic last-minute attempts to drum up votes for a spending deal that disappointed lefties and moderates alike. The budget, which includes no significant cuts, ballooned from last year’s roughly $116 billion spending plan, for an approximate 8.5% increase. It passed 45-6, largely on party lines....

Two police officers are being investigated for potential gross misconduct following the case of Henry Nowak, who was handcuffed and arrested as he lay dying, the police watchdog has said. Nowak, 18, was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa with a large blade in December 2025, which he said he carried on grounds of his Sikh faith. He then lied to police at the scene, falsely claiming he was the victim of a racist attack. Digwa was jailed for life in June, with a minimum term of 21 years. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said evidence suggested the two...

WASHINGTON — Republican-appointed Justice Clarence Thomas tore into transgenderism as a “lie to the public” in his concurrence on the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold state-level policies restricting girls’ sports to biological females. The senior justice went further than all of his conservative peers in making the sweeping pronouncement on transgenderism and declared biological sex “immutable.” “Men and boys with gender dysphoria are not women or girls, even if they believe that they are. Sex is an immutable ‘biological’ characteristic,” Thomas wrote in his brief, two-page solo concurrence. “[I]t is binary; and ‘man’ and ‘woman,’ ‘boy’ and ‘girl,’ are the...

Insurgent socialist candidate Melat Kiros defeated longtime Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) Tuesday in Colorado’s 1st District House primary, marking the latest blow to the establishment wing of the Democratic Party. Kiros came out on top of the incumbent, 49.3% to 43.5%, by the time the Associated Press called the race late Tuesday. Kiros’s win in the solidly blue district follows a string of victories by socialist and far-left candidates over incumbent and establishment-backed Democrats in New York in June, and it’s expected to tilt the political makeup of the House Democratic caucus even further to the left after the midterm...

A federal jury convicted Guo of racketeering conspiracy, fraud raps and money laundering after the feds charged him with bilking thousands of supporters over a five-year span. Guo had amassed a large online following after starting two nonprofits in 2018 that pushed his purported agenda of being critical of the Chinese Communist Party, prosecutors said. But “Miles Guo did not lead a movement … he led a criminal enterprise, strengthened through violence, through threats, through fear,” prosecutor Ryan Finkel told the court Monday. Guo also boasted political connections, including a friendship with former White House adviser Steve Bannon. Trump administration...

Daily Readings from the USCCBWhen Jesus came to the territory of the Gadarenes, two demoniacs who were coming from the tombs met him. They were so savage that no one could travel by that road. They cried out, “What have you to do with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the appointed time?” Matthew 8:28–29p> After delivering His Sermon on the Mount and performing many miracles among His own people, Jesus intentionally journeys across the Sea of Galilee into Gentile territory—the region of the Gadarenes, near Gadara, a town within the pagan Decapolis. His...
