CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Police Department recently announced that a man was arrested on Thursday morning after threatening two American Medical Response medics with a knife. A release from the CPD states that Flock Safety technology helped law enforcement officials quickly locate the suspect, who was driving a stolen vehicle out of Laramie.

The U.S. State Department confirmed to the Daily Caller that the deceased suspect in a mass stabbing outside Washington, D.C., on Sunday was employed by the department.
