Gog and magog refer to Turkey/Ottoman Empire. It’s all in the bible.

At 3:30 in this video, Chris White has a chart explaining the variety of Gog & Magog timeline opinions of famous bible researchers, historians and ministers. iirc Greg Laurie is an offshoot from Chuck Smith who is listed, and in agreement with John Hagee and Chuck Missler; but they are not in agreement with other prominent names like Hal Lindsey and J.R. I have watched all of these and highly recommend them. Mr White is humble, no showmanship or emotional nonsense, and he uses the bible to interpret the bible. He believes the Gog & Magog war occurs at the end of the 1,000 year reign per Rev 20.
Rev 20:7-8 (NIV)
“... 7 When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earthโGog and Magogโand to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. ...”
LOL. It could have been made in the 1970's when "Rapture Fever" was in it's heyday. Fifty years from now, they can still use it.
The pattern is definitely there.

The only time Israel is mentioned in Revelation is when it refers to the โsons of Israelโ. The verses from Zechariah that talk about the final war and Armageddon refer to Jerusalem, not Israel.
