Supreme Court blocks California ban on notifying students’ parents about gender transitions
It is a win. It is not a huge win. It is one seat. And it is not even one seat flipped, it is one seat not lost.
Flips are worth two points. A hold, such as this, is worth 0 points.

That’s not a nice thing to say about our fellow patriots on Staten Island who voted for Trump three times by a large margin.
Thank you! The truth is we would have lost any representation we have in the Federal Government. We have already lost any real representation we have in the City and are close to it at the State level as well.
Too bad SCOTUS didn’t strike down California’s gerrymandered redistricting:
“The U.S. Supreme Court allowed California to use its new congressional map for the 2026 midterm elections...expected to help Democrats gain up to five additional House seats.”
The lack of intellectual integrity of the three leftists is worth noting. NY tried something that was brazenly race based but they were fine with that because it helps the rats.
Maybe the SCOTUS can stop the gerrymandering in Virginia and California
