Over the last several weeks, unelected federal judges have struck repeated blows against the Trump administration with rulings designed to stop his agenda. The Babylon Bee has put together the following list of some of the new rulings recently handed down by federal judges: 1. "Gulf of America must be changed back to Gulf of Mexico": As it has been called from time immemorial. 2. "Owning a Tesla is unconstitutional": Burning a Tesla, on the other hand, is protected free speech. 3. "Tim Walz is straight": This overturned a lower court decision that had declared Walz really, really gay. 4....

It’s in his blood. Violent crime runs in the family of the 14-year-old Newark boy charged with gunning down Detective Joseph Azcona in a flurry of bullets earlier this month, sources and the boy’s own relatives told The Post this week. The unidentified teen’s mom, Rabiyah Sorey, 43, has been a known drug dealer on her block of North Ninth Street for years, the source said. Her twin sister, Hadiyah Sorey, 43, is her “partner in crime” and runs the family business with her, the source added. “That’s a really, really bad family,” the source said. “They’ve all been arrested...

Kash Patel and Dan Bongino have a monumental task ahead of them, which includes catching and prosecuting FBI employees not only destroying evidence, but trying to flee the country. I’ve been writing about the amazingly corrupt and illegal practices of the FBI for years, including recently in The FBI hides evidence of being the FBI, a cautionary tale about FBI agents destroying incriminating evidence of their misdeeds: An excerpt from that article: Generally speaking, anyone who destroys evidence of a crime becomes, at the least, an accessory after the fact to that crime even if they didn’t actively participate in...

The environmental organization Greenpeace was ordered to pay more than $660 million dollars to the Texas-based pipeline company Energy Transfer this week over its role in the Dakota Access Pipeline protests nearly a decade ago. The outcome was a blow to the environmental advocacy group, which has previously said that a lawsuit of this size could bankrupt its U.S. operations. Energy Transfer, the operator of the Dakota Access Pipeline, accused Greenpeace USA and International of playing a central role in organizing the resistance to the pipeline at Standing Rock in 2016 and 2017. The protests drew national attention as activists...

Memo to law enforcement: Do your job, and let the activist lawyers rage on MSNBC while you enforce the law. The activist lawyer playbook is well-worn, but we get a case study in legal acrobatics every so often—a perfect example of just how far they’ll go to manipulate the system and shield their radical clients from consequences. Enter Mahmoud Khalil’s attorney, who reportedly demanded by phone to see his arrest warrant before he was taken into custody—a move that was less about legal rights and more about buying time for a friendly judge to intervene. ICE wasn’t playing along. When...

“‘Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you’” (Matthew 5:12). Jesus provides us with two reasons for our rejoicing and being glad when we are persecuted for His sake. First, He says, “Your reward in heaven is great.” Whatever we do for the Lord now, including suffering for Him—especially suffering for Him—reaps eternal divi-dends. But God’s dividends aren’t ordinary dividends. They are not only “eternal” but also “great.” We often hear, and perhaps are tempted to think, that it is unspiritual and crass to...

Well, it went around... and now here it comes. Democrat leaders like Senator Chuck Schumer message thinly veiled threats of violence to their (increasingly small) number of followers. They are responding in counterproductive ways like torching and defacing Tesla cars and trucks, vehicles most likely owned by Democrats who believe in the climate change fairy tale and want to reduce CO2 emissions. The logical response of Democrat owners is to blame and leave the party that provokes this nonsensical criminal behavior. Even if you are brainwashed enough to think Elon Musk, who opened up the internet for free speech, rescued...

TENS of thousands of ultra-rich Chinese nationals are using a disturbing surrogate loophole to automatically secure their kids a US passport, according to reports. The so-called "rent-a-womb" ploy has sparked fresh concerns over the birthright citizenship policy that's been challenged by President Donald Trump. ---SNIP--- Some of China's wealthiest nationals have actually started hiring American woman as surrogates to bear their children instead of having them in the US themselves, according to several reports.

“We need to understand the real reason why USAID is in Africa, and not just USAID, but other NGOs They are coming in claiming that they're introducing grassroots initiatives that are going to help the people, and so they use that as a way to go into the most remote parts of Africa. When you look at it on paper, it all looks really good, but they're actually wolf in sheep's clothing.” “The American taxpayer needs to know the billions of dollars that are being given to USAID. A fraction is making it to the people” “They're using that open...

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is set to close dozens of offices across the U.S. this year as part of the advisory Department of Government Efficiency's (DOGE) efforts to shrink the size of the federal government and cut waste. The closures, which will span 18 states, have raised concerns over their possible impact on the agency's efficiency and the delivery of benefits that millions of Americans receive every month. Why It Matters According to the SSA, more than 72.5 million of Americans receive Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, including some of the most vulnerable individuals in U.S....

Rabbi Arié Engelberg, Rabbi of Orléans in France, was violently attacked on Saturday in front of his nine-year-old son, as the two were returning from the synagogue. The assault occurred as the attacker came towards them, and punched and kicked Rabbi Engelberg. He also bit the Rabbi on the shoulder until a passerby intervened, causing the assailant to flee the scene. After the incident, a complaint was filed with the police, and last night the assailant, a 16-year-old male with no criminal record, was arrested. ...

The mystery of an 'underground city' beneath Egypt's pyramid deepens as scientists have shared new details about what may lie more than 4,000 feet below the surface. A team of Italian researchers claimed they uncovered giant vertical shafts wrapped in 'spiral staircases' and a massive limestone platform containing two enormous chambers with descending channels resembling pipelines. >>> While the bombshell claims have been dismissed by other experts as 'false' and 'exaggerated,' the team believes there is 'an entire hidden world of many structures' more than 2,000 feet below the water system 'When we magnify the images [in the future], we...

During Friday’s panel discussion, Maher sounded the alarm on the NBC poll that showed Democrats had only a 27% approval rating, a record low for the party. “I’ve never seen one this bad,” Maher reacted. Maher later cited the American Redistricting Project, which projected that Democrats will lose congressional seats in California, New York, Illinois, Minnesota, Rhode Island and Oregon by 2030 while Republicans will gain seats in Texas, Florida, Idaho and Utah. “I mean, this looks...

President Trump directed US Attorney General Pam Bond to pursue penalties against law firms and lawyers that lodge “frivolous” litigation against the government. Trump pointed to civil procedure rules barring lawyers from lodging legal filings to “harass” or “cause unnecessary delay” and asked Bondi, 59, to recommend additional steps he could take to fight back. “Far too many attorneys and law firms have long ignored these requirements when litigating against the Federal Government or in pursuing baseless partisan attacks,” Trump said in a presidential memorandum the White House released Saturday. “I hereby direct the Attorney General to seek sanctions against...
