On Tuesday night, Fox News’ Jesse Watters reported on shocking new revelations about the handling of the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. These revelations raise serious concerns about the transparency of the Secret Service and FBI. According to Watters, “Every couple of weeks, the FBI and Secret Service give us, you know, drip, drip, drip. Little info on the Trump shooting, but it never amounts to anything. The real investigative work is being done by Congress.” He cited a new report from Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) that has uncovered crucial details about the incident. Higgins' findings reveal that a local...

A new study has found that a vast majority of climate policies enacted since 1998 across 41 countries have been utterly ineffective. The Biden-Harris administration has spent more of taxpayers’ money on climate policies than any previous U.S. administration. But a new study found that most of the climate policies enacted in the last 25 years, including the ones the Biden-Harris administration imposed on American businesses and consumers, haven’t work. The study, published in the Journal of Science, evaluated about 1,500 climate policies implemented between 1998 and 2022 by 41 OECD countries (The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development). The study found...

A recent lawsuit filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court by Pewaukee resident and longtime election integrity activist Ardis Cerny alleges the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation are failing to do their duty to verify the citizenship of...

Workers at a Tennessee battery plant have voted to join the United Auto Workers (UAW) — marking a significant victory in the union’s ongoing campaign to organize both the Southeast and the electric vehicle (EV) industry. “Southern workers are ready to stand up and win our fair share by winning our unions. And when we have a free and fair choice, we will win every time,” Trudy Lindahl, a worker at the Ultium plant in Spring Hill, Tenn., said in a statement. General Motors (GM), the Detroit-based automaker that runs the plant as a cooperative venture with South Korea-based LG...

"Agents say it’s a major tool when it comes to tracking so-called “gotaways,” people who are trying to evade detection after crossing the border between ports of entry. "Just two years ago, DHS tethered one blimp in Nogales, Arizona, where the majority of fentanyl has been seized. Rep. Juan Ciscomani, R-Ariz., pushed back on the decision to remove what he called “critical security technology” from the U.S. border. “Now we’re blind, not knowing what’s coming in. It’s a lot of help for us to have info,” he said. “Not just [on] immigrants that come looking for work, that come through...

Good news for the pay-TV industry, which suffered its worst quarter ever at the beginning of the year: The next three months were not quite as bad. The pay-TV industry lost 1.6 million subscribers in Q2 2024. While that's very bad, it's not a record. But there doesn't seem to be any reason for those losses to stop. Pay-TV distributors — that's conventional cable guys like Comcast, satellite TV outfits like DirecTV, and digital alternatives like YouTube TV — lost 1.6 million subscribers in the second quarter of 2024... That's very bad! But not as bad as other Q2s, like...

Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy's "Energy Master Plan" launched in 2020 has more than doubled New Jersey residents' energy bills. State Sen. Mike Testa (R-Vineland) referred to a complaint from a Parsippany resident whose latest monthly bill was $782, saying "even in the Arizona desert where daily high summer temperatures average 106 degrees, monthly electric bills are typically between $300 and $400 a month," Testa said. "In New Jersey the average daily high summer temperature is 85 degrees. How can our electricity cost over $700 a month? Maybe all the 'green energy' Murphy has mandated isn't worth what it costs." In...

Former President Donald Trump’s youngest child, Barron Trump, was spotted arriving at New York University Wednesday to kick off his first day of college life. The towering 18-year-old was flanked by Secret Service agents as he stepped onto the downtown Manhattan campus with a black Swiss Gear backpack casually slung over his shoulder. Dressed in a white polo, black pants and Adidas Gazelle sneakers, Barron’s first stop was the dean’s office before being whisked off to classes, sources told The Post. It wasn’t immediately clear what classes the teen plans to take while at NYU, where tuition starts from roughly...

Homebuyers desperate for a deal might be curious to learn more about a tiny town in Arkansas where homes are selling for just over $400. In Pine Bluff, just 45 miles outside of Little Rock, a home was recently sold for $402.74 at a tax auction. The city found itself thrust into the spotlight when a documentary titled “The City Left Behind: $400 Abandoned Homes in Pine Bluff” got 1.6 million views in the past three weeks on YouTube. “There is a surplus of properties—cheap!—that are prime for restoration and redevelopment,” filmmaker Michael Schwarz told Realtor.com®. “But not enough people...

Yours truly is rarely to be found at the multiplex, but I guess it was spiritually impossible for me not to go see the new Reagan film, given that Bob Dylan recorded a special tune for it (Cole Porter’s “Don’t Fence Me In”). It’s conceivable I would have gone out to see it anyway, but more likely would have waited to check it out some time in the future in the quiet and comfort of home.

Discussions have been happening for some time among Western policymakers, experts, and the wider public about how the war in Ukraine ought to end. I can confirm that the same type of conversations are happening in Russia. I recently had the opportunity to speak, on the basis of confidentiality, to a wide range of members of the Russian establishment, including former diplomats, members of think tanks, academics, and businesspeople, as well as a few members of the wider public. Their ideas about the war, and the shape of its eventual ending, deserve to be better understood in the West and...

The Harris campaign announced Tuesday it is sharing nearly $25 million of its fundraising haul with downballot Democratic candidates ahead of the 2024 elections. This news comes after the campaign announced it had raised $540 million in the first month after Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic presidential candidate. “If we want a future where every American’s rights are protected, not taken away. Where the middle class is strengthened, not hollowed out; and a country where our democracy is preserved, not ripped apart, every race this November matters,” Jen O’Malley Dillon, Harris campaign manager, said in a statement, according...
