Vice President Kamala Harris claims that she and President Joe Biden “got the COVID pandemic under control.” But a new summer coronavirus surge is sweeping the nation, especially in Harris’s home state of California. Last month, in introducing herself to campaign staff after becoming her party’s presumptive presidential nominee, Harris said: “Joe got the COVID pandemic under control. Remember those days?” — as if COVID were a thing of the past. The American Medical Association (AMA), via NBC News, reported Monday that coronavirus is surging across the country in what could be the “biggest summer COVID wave ever.” NBC added:

RUSSIAN citizens in Belgorod have been urged to take shelter in their basements after Ukraine's triumphant invasion. Some 121,000 people have fled Kursk as Vladimir Putin's crony governor admitted Kyiv forces now control over 28 towns in the borderland region. As Ukraine pushes its impressive invasion further into a second region, Belgorod, citizens there are also being told to evacuate. Belgorod governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote in a Telegram message on Monday: "The entire territory of the Belgorod region is a MISSILE DANGER. "Go down to the basement. Stay there until you receive the signal 'all clear missile danger.'" Around 11,000...

Security and Strategic Affairs Analyst Faiz Al-Asmar claimed that the delay in Iran’s attack has caused it to lose the element of surprise, strengthening Israel, during an interview with the Saudi Al-Hadath channel. He said, "In terms of the situation on the ground, it can be said that Iran and Hezbollah's delay in responding to the deaths of Ismail Haniyeh and Fuad Shukr have so far allowed Israel and the US to strengthen their position on the ground and use all means available. There is currently a warship that has recently arrived in the area. All of this has given...

Are the devices in your home trying to influence the election? Like many Americans, I own an Echo Show, the Amazon Alexa device with a screen. For the most part, it’s a billboard mounted in your home full of product placement and personalized ads. But it also has a ton of useful features: live view for security cameras, Spotify access, announcement mode, video calls, shopping lists, and over 100,000 “skills” — the Alexa word for apps. My family uses it mostly for timers, reminders, and lists, but the touch screen also allows for a steady flow of recipes and, until...

Massive increases in coral across the Australian Great Barrier Reef (GBR) have been reported for 2023-24 making it the third record year in a row of heavy growth. Across almost all parts of the 1,500 mile long reef, from the warmer northern waters to the cooler conditions in the south, coral is now at its highest level since detailed observations began. The inconvenient news has been ignored in mainstream media which, curiously, have focused on a non-story in Nature that claimed “climate change” poses an “existential threat” to the GBR. “The science tells us that the GBR is in danger...

We can safely declare, without exaggeration or hyperbole, that Britain is now a totalitarian state. The ruling machine may not yet have the absolute control that Stalin did, but it's not for lack of trying. The British government's hysterical Chicken Little response to online support for this past week's rioting is proof enough for anyone paying attention that it attaches no value whatsoever to Western principles like freedom of speech and freedom of conscience. Here's a video of an elderly man being arrested in his home for "improper use" of social media for "some comments that [he] made" on his...

Since The Wall Street Journal first reported that Alex Soros had taken over his father’s political operation on June 11, 2023, he has pumped tens of millions of dollars into an array of efforts to sway the 2024 election, financial disclosures show. Democracy PAC, the primary conduit through which the Soros family shuffles its wealth into electoral politics, spent roughly $40 million after the WSJ reported that George Soros had passed the reins on to his son, campaign finance records show. The PAC’s spending under Alex Soros signals somewhat of a departure from how his father operated it, with less...

The chairman of the powerful House Administration Committee says his investigation into one of the Democrats' most successful political action committees has pivoted to whether foreigners may be laundering money into the 2024 election. Rep. Bryan Steil, W-Wis., said his committee has identified individuals who claim they did not make the donations attributed to them in Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports filed by ActBlue. His committee, which oversees election integrity issues, has “activated a full investigation.” “My concern is that individuals are outside the jurisdiction in the United States who may be engaged in this,” Steil told the "Just the...

I would like to start the week off by clarifying that I have yet to be swept up in Kamalamania. It's really something watching the Democrats and their flying monkeys in the mainstream media hype up Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in an effort to make them seem fun and normal. When they came out of the gate with the "America's Dad" crap after Walz was announced as the running mate, I knew that I was going to have to work on drinking in moderation or straight-up abstinence if my liver was going to make it to November. OK, Labor...
