Fox News has obtained Trump’s memo claiming "tortious conduct by the United States against President Trump."

Good!
This is actually delicate.
If elected, can he order DOJ to drop any defense against the lawsuit? That would be awkward.
He’ll have to navigate that situation. Maybe offer to donate the money to charity or something.
Hope he wins.
Good. That’s the only thing that will get their attention.
The US Gov doesn’t care about legality, Illegality, or constitutionality. Money, on the other hand…
Is there a limit to the amount he can sue for?
Cause 100 mil doesn’t seem like enough.
Justice would be nice for a change.
no matter how you cut it....the government did wrong....these raids...how come only Trump people get raided...Hillary had documents...Biden had documents....
And neither of them had the ultimate classification authority Trump had when the documents were moved to Mar-A-Lago.
Absolutely agree...
Can he find out how far up the chain it goes?
Excellent
The people behind the raid will just laugh. It is not their money.
It’s about bloody time!
I was thinking in terms of billions.
Selective prosecution all the way.
Weaponizing the branches of government and the biased manipulative corporate media is the true threat to democracy. Not anything Trump tweeted.
In theory, he can find out how far up the chain this goes. He has to be elected for certainty. Otherwise, this will be stalled for decades.
The only problem I have with this is we taxpayers get stuck with the bill.
The Aholes responsible get away with it.
No pain to them, that is what has to change
or they never will!
I need to propose a solution, so I don’t appear to be just bitching, So
I propose anybody in any government position of power be subject to something like the Military UCMJ.
It isn’t perfect, but you always consider every action you do to be subject to scrutiny.
Please, oh Lord, let me be on that jury!
