The FBI Security Division questioned employees about a fellow agent’s views on COVID vaccines, Donald Trump, and a Second Amendment rally, according to whistleblower disclosures made to the Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General on Saturday. This revelation raises more concerns that the FBI’s leadership has become hopelessly politicized and seeks to purge itself of agents with certain disfavored views.

Hunter now faces up to 25 years behind bars. Following the conviction, Trump’s campaign National Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, released a statement: “This trial has been nothing more than a distraction from the real crimes of the Biden Crime Family, which has raked in tens of millions of dollars from China, Russia and Ukraine. Crooked Joe Biden’s reign over the Biden Family Criminal Empire is all coming to an end on November 5th, and never again will a Biden sell government access for personal profit.”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said on Monday that unruly airline passenger incidents remain high, and the agency vowed to maintain a zero-tolerance policy. There were 915 cases of unruly passengers reported in 2024 through June 9, including 106 cases of passenger disturbances due to intoxication, the FAA said. The number of unruly passengers spiked in 2021 to nearly 6,000 during the COVID-19 pandemic with the introduction of mask mandates -- including 4,290 mask-related incidents -- but still remain about twice that of 2020 or earlier levels. Unruly passenger incidents fell last year by 15% to...

Media are reporting that V.P. vetting paperwork has been sent out to the following people: 1. Doug Burgum 2. Marco Rubio 3. J.D. Vance 4. Tim Scott 5. Byron Donalds 6. Elise Stefanik 7. Ben Carson Accepting that the media has this right, which is always circa 50/50 — though yes, the list seems reasonably accurate — how would the prospects rank? 1. Ben Carson. Positives: What’s not to like? Everyone’s favorite uncle. Well mannered, dignified, well spoken, accomplished in his tenure at HUD, loyal to Trump. Vetted, passionate Christian and would signal to the black community Trump’s commitment to...

Macron and Biden do not represent their respective nations as they act in ways that are an utter detriment to national interests. The French and American leaders have agreed to surrender frozen Russian aid to Ukraine in the form of a loan. The West confiscated around $280.9 billion from Russia, which Reuters believe generate up to 3.5 billion euros in annual profit. US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has been pleading to release these stolen funds to Ukraine. “It is necessary and urgent for our coalition to find a way to unlock the value of these immobilized assets to support Ukraine’s...

The higher-education industry is having a bad decade. Some problems are obvious: With wokeness and campus unrest, colleges and universities have lost some of their mystique. They’ll tell you to “follow the science,” right before they tell you that men can get pregnant. Violent antisemitic riots haven’t done much to burnish their image, nor have the limp responses to those riots from many university administrations. Whom the gods would destroy, they first make ridiculous. Mission accomplished! Then there’s the economics of it: The reward of college was supposed to be a good job at the end. [snip] Younger people are...

President Joe Biden claimed during a 2023 MSNBC interview that his son, Hunter Biden, did “nothing wrong.” A jury convicted Hunter of three gun violations on Tuesday. Joe Biden claimed last week that his son would not receive a presidential pardon. The conviction could amount to 25 years of prison time. “Sir, there is something personal that’s affecting you. Your son — while there [are] no ties to you — [he] could be charged by your Department of Justice. How will that impact your presidency?” MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle asked Joe Biden in 2023.

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is paying a visit to Capitol Hill on Tuesday for a closed-door transcribed interview with the House select subcommittee investigating the coronavirus pandemic. Cuomo's handling of the pandemic as governor has been a significant focus of the panel's – in particular, a March 25, 2020, executive order by the then-governor that restricted nursing homes from refusing to admit or readmit residents "solely based on confirmed or suspect[ed] diagnosis of COVID-19." "We want to uncover the circumstances that led to this. There has to be some kind of process where this was written up and...

The United States has lifted restrictions on providing weapons and training for the high-profile Ukrainian military unit the Azov Brigade. The U.S. State Department confirmed Monday that the unit, which has played a significant role in Ukraine's effort to repel the ongoing invasion launched by Russia in February 2022, could now be trained by U.S. military personnel and use U.S.-provided weapons. The State Department's move reversed a decade-old prohibition imposed on the Azov forces under the Leahy Law, which prohibits the U.S. from supplying weapons or financial assistance "to units of foreign security forces where there is credible information implicating...

Many of us have expressed alarm at the politicization of the criminal justice system in New York by figures such as Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. It now appears that New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin is angling to get into the lawfare frenzy. The conviction of Trump on 34 felonies has either thrilled or repelled citizens. For many of us, it is a sign of the degradation of our legal system. Even the chief CNN legal analyst has acknowledged that Bragg contorted the law to bring the recent case against former President Donald Trump...

220,976 views Jun 6, 2024 CBS 8 is Working For You to find out where our recyclables actually end up. This comes after a CBS 8 viewer conducted an experiment and reached out to us with some alarming findings. Kevin Grold says his plastic water bottle ended up at a landfill in Riverside. Many of us, like Grold, are conscious of doing our part, by putting recyclables in the blue bin. Grold says it was disheartening to see. "It's my way of appreciating nature and giving back, so if I leave it a little cleaner, then it's a good thing,"...

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said Tuesday on his show “Morning Joe” that the “Republican Party has to make $%$% up” about President Joe Biden. Scarborough said, “The Washington Post and everybody would be doing exactly what they were saying. But for Biden, Biden goes to D-Day — and we’re going to talk about this in a little bit, The Washington Post just posted a story this morning — he does a fantastic job, and they actually use cheap fakes where they’re trying to make it look, ‘Oh, he’s trying to sit down.’ And ‘Oh my god, a chair that’s not...

News comes as Russia’s Putin plans to visit North Korea in coming weeks. After a four-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic, passenger rail service between Russia and North Korea has been restored, with 41 Russian tourists taking the train to North Korea last week, according to Moscow’s customs service. The news comes amid a report Monday from the Russian daily Vedomosti that President Vladimir Putin will visit North Korea sometime in the next few weeks. That would mark only the second time that Putin has visited the country, after a July 2000 trip – although Putin did meet with...
