President Joe Biden claimed during a 2023 MSNBC interview that his son, Hunter Biden, did “nothing wrong.” A jury convicted Hunter of three gun violations on Tuesday.
Joe Biden claimed last week that his son would not receive a presidential pardon.
The conviction could amount to 25 years of prison time.
“Sir, there is something personal that’s affecting you. Your son — while there [are] no ties to you — [he] could be charged by your Department of Justice. How will that impact your presidency?” MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle asked Joe Biden in 2023.

Lol! Hunter seems like a major scumbag, something tells me he’d role over on daddy dearest (IE “The big guy”) in a second if they prosecutors offered him a light sentence and immunity from further prosecution.

I’m not one who sees it as a high probability, but there is a chance that Joe will pardon Hunter and then immediately step down and allow someone more competent to get on the ballot.
I can see those two cards being played together. But I still think Joe will try to stay in for a second term. He may just pardon and be damned.

Hunter got the fair trial that Trump did not.
