VIDEOEvil Dr. Anthony Fauci was the villain of "Dallas Buyers Club" yet for some bizarre reason the star of that movie, Matthew McConaughey, years later sucked up to Fauci with an incredibly softball interview about COVID in August, 2020. McConaughey likes to portray himself as a politically independent thinker yet he carefully followed the liberal narrative while questioning Fauci. Keep in mind that it was Fauci's drug policies that McConaughey's screen character was angry about. Oh, and please don't tell me that the villain of the "Dallas Buyers Club" was not Fauci because the McConaughey character was railing against the...

The IDF has succeeded in evacuating around 950,000 Palestinian civilians in only two weeks since May 6, the military revealed on Monday. In addition, around 30-40% of Rafah is now under IDF control, not merely a small portion of the eastern sector, and about 60-70% of Rafah has been completely evacuated. The remaining Rafah civilians, estimated at around 300,000-400,000, are almost all near the Gaza coast Tel al-Sultan area. This is despite US predictions that the civilian population could not be evacuated without a huge death count or without leaving around four months to do so. Of those evacuated, the...

Get ready for a recession that hammers consumers, squeezes companies, and drags down stocks, a veteran economist warned. "There is a very high probability of a recession," Nancy Lazar, Piper Sandler's chief global economist, told WealthTrack in a recent interview. Lazar, a cofounder of Cornerstone Macro and ISI, cited the delayed impacts of the Federal Reserve's interest-rate rises and credit drying up as two likely drivers of a downturn. "We just think this is a very risky economic environment," she said. "When banks are tightening lending standards, and you clearly have higher interest rates, you've never had a soft landing....

On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” host Joy Reid stated that “it feels like the Biden administration wants soft regime change” in Israel and that the administration appears to be “sort of openly supporting Netanyahu’s chief rival, who said he will leave the government if they don’t have a plan for the post-war Gaza.” But they also have contradicted this position by supporting Netanyahu against the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant against him. Reid said, “[I]t baffles my mind, because, on the one hand, it feels like the Biden administration wants soft regime change. They seem to be...

THE SCOOP World Economic Forum founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab will be stepping back from his role running the global gathering since he founded it in 1971. Schwab announced his intentions in an email to staff on Tuesday that was shared with Semafor by a person connected to the organization. He will be stepping down as executive chairman and transitioning to a role as non-executive chairman, he said, adding the change in his role is pending approval by the Swiss government but should be finalized ahead of the WEF’s annual meeting in 2025. Schwab has not named his successor,...

It’s the battleground-state polling that should be most alarming to Team Biden for the simple reason that he is consistently trailing in three Sun Belt states (Arizona, Georgia, Nevada) that were crucial to his 2020 win. If they (along with another competitive southern state, North Carolina) appear out of reach for the incumbent later in the campaign season, his path to victory may depend on a sweep in three highly competitive Rust Belt states: Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

In the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, many Americans have been left scrambling to understand the widespread doubt that has been cast over the U.S. election systems. More Americans than ever now doubt the integrity of American elections, and most U.S. voters believe that cheating is likely to affect the 2024 presidential election results. The potential implications that have arisen after the 2020 election and the mass chaos that kicked off in the wake of drawn-out vote-counting and murky mail-in ballot drop boxes have drawn the ire of many proponents of election integrity, including President Donald Trump. He has...

Democratic strategist James Carville said Monday on MSNBC’s “Inside” that presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will take votes from former President Donald Trump. Host Jen Psaki said, “Let me ask you about RFK Jr. because this is like another question that comes up a lot as you are talking to people. He will not be on the first debate stage. You told my colleague Ari Melber, you think he might hurt Trump more than Biden. That is what the NBC polls say too for people who are anxious out there, given how much he is getting in the polls....

A memo must have gone out. Because in several prominent newspapers, the same propaganda appeared at nearly the same time. The Washington Post said, “Top Republicans, led by Trump, refuse to commit to accept 2024 election results.” The New York Times similarly intoned, “Leading Republicans have refused to say flatly that they will accept the outcome of the presidential election if Donald Trump loses.” Rolling Stone chastised a former presidential candidate: “Tim Scott Embraces Trump’s Election Denialism, Won’t Commit to Accept Results.” While ordinarily, elections mean both sides accept the procedures in advance so that either side may have confidence...

A Massachusetts man survived what officials are calling a “surprise attack” by two grizzlies on Sunday at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, authorities said. According to Jeremy Barnum, Grand Teton’s chief of staff, the 35-year-old man, who has not been identified, was in stable condition, the Jackson Hole News & Guide reported. The man had a “surprise encounter” with two grizzlies in the Signal Mountain Area of the park Sunday afternoon, according to the Cowboy State Daily. According to a news release from the National Park Service, one of the bears attacked the victim, inflicting serious injuries. “Grand Teton...

The Biden administration on Monday expressed condolences for the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi. Raisi and several Iranian regime officials were killed in a helicopter crash in northern Iran over the weekend. Raisi, known as the “Butcher of Tehran,” oversaw aggressive foreign policies that increased tensions with the West and authoritarian domestic policies to repress and abuse the Iranian population, whom he was deeply unpopular with. This would be “The United States expresses its official condolences for the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian, and other members of their delegation in a helicopter crash in northwest...

On Monday’s broadcast of Fox 5’s “Good Day New York,” Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) claimed that President Joe Biden can’t reverse his reversal of former President Donald Trump’s immigration policies because “The law on asylum is really clear. If you have a colorable claim that you’re coming from a horrible country that has horrible things happening, you have a right to come here.” Gillibrand said, “President Trump — former President Trump has come out to say, I don’t want any fixes to immigration, which is just cynical and terrible for a state like New York, because we need these laws...

“By no means let any of you suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler” (1 Peter 4:15). We must not presume that God blesses every possible kind of suffering a Christian may become involved in. It’s quite obvious that some sufferings and trials are not part of God’s plan for us. Believers should never suffer because they’ve murdered, robbed, or done evil. But in today’s verse Peter mentions a fourth category—“a troublesome meddler”—whose meaning is not as apparent and whose application might be more in dispute. “A troublesome meddler” interferes with everyone else’s business, and...

The large brawl erupted Saturday night in the parking lot at Astro Skate in the Tampa Bay Metropolitan area after frustrated party organizers put out a call online encouraging people to 'riot' and 'confront law enforcement' at the skate park.
