If only. The esteemed Lawrence O'Donnell made a valiant effort to rectify that misunderstanding by explaining Cohen's innocent intentions. I heard the tape early a.m. on Brian Kilmeade's radio program.
He’s never been elected to any judicial position he’s held. He was a family court judge back in the late 2000’s, then in 2009 he was appointed to his current post as justice of the New York Supreme Court.
