Nearly four years after the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may soon drop the advice that people need to stay home for five days after testing positive for the virus. The change comes as most people have some sort of immunity to the virus either through vaccination or having COVID-19 in the past. “Public health has to be realistic,” infectious disease expert Michael T. Osterholm told the Post. “In making recommendations to the public today, we have to try to get the most out of what people are willing to do. …...

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre made a bizarre and false claim that Joe Biden, who doesn’t know where he is most of the time, “does more in one hour than most people do in a day.” Reporters began questioning Biden’s mental acuity after Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report describing the president as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” The report read: “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a...

The bill would go into effect immediately after being signed, and it would “BAN Presidential electors from the state of Tennessee from casting a vote for any presidential or vice presidential candidate whose eligibility for office is in question or doubt at the time of the vote, and until such time as the candidate has been properly investigated and cleared of any reasonable doubt.” The bill was introduced by a REPUBLICAN as communist secretaries of state across the country are trying to remove President Trump from the ballot. The bill has already passed in the TN Senate on first consideration,...

Just as confidence grew that inflation was tamed, it rears its head again, sending shockwaves through the markets. The Dow Jones takes a nosedive of more than 400 points following January's inflation report, which significantly surpassed expectations. Economists find themselves puzzled as both Core CPI and headline CPI register higher than anticipated for the second consecutive month. The unsettling reality extends beyond these headline figures, with inflation soaring in essential areas: Car Insurance Inflation: 20.6% Transportation Inflation: 9.5% Hospital Services Inflation: 6.7% Car Repair Inflation: 6.5% Homeowner Inflation: 6.2% Rent Inflation: 6.1% Food Away From Home Inflation: 5.1%

[Catholic Caucus] Father James Martin performs another ‘blessing’ for two ‘married’ menIn a thread posted on X, formerly Twitter, Martin described how he recently blessed a friend and his 'husband' as a couple following the instructions given in the controversial Vatican declaration Fiducia Supplicans. “The two have been together for 20 years and live nearby,” Martin wrote. “We met at a Shake Shack, sat outdoors and had fun reminiscing, catching up, and talking about the church, since all four of us are Catholic. At one point, Eugene said, ‘Why not give Gus and James a blessing?’” “It was exactly the...

With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, stores are relying on procrastinating romantics to make a last-minute dash in stores and online to help clear out the supply of the special-occasion candy. If you’re among them, don’t be fooled by the smorgasbord of cutely packaged candy adorned with hearts and cupids in all shades of rosy hues. Those sweet treats might leave a bitter taste if you do some math on how much more you’re paying for them. Some special Valentine’s Day editions of popular candies, such as Sour Patch Kids, Jolly Ranchers and Haribo appear to be priced higher than the...

Stephen Lara sued after the Nevada Highway Patrol took his life savings without charging him with any crime.. RENO, Nev.—On Thursday, the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada denied the state’s motion to dismiss a Marine veteran’s lawsuit challenging the state’s civil forfeiture laws, after his life savings were taken through the controversial process nearly three years ago. Thursday’s decision means Stephen Lara, represented by the Institute for Justice (IJ), can continue his legal challenge to the state’s forfeiture scheme, which allows police to take people’s property without showing that they committed a crime. “The court’s ruling...

In autumn 2023, a hacker called Golem posted on a well-known message board for cybercriminals, announcing a trove of data stolen from 23andMe, one of the biggest names in at-home DNA testing. Golem boasted about having access to the accounts of people of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage who had sent their DNA to 23andMe, and offered to sell it to whoever was prepared to pay. "tailored ethnic groupings, individualized data sets, pinpointed origin estimations, haplogroup details, phenotype information, photographs, links to hundreds of potential relatives, and, most crucially, raw data profiles". The purported ability of Jews to blend in – to...

The European Union should form its own combined army that could play a role in peacekeeping and preventing conflict, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said. In an interview with Italian newspaper La Stampa, Tajani said that closer European cooperation on defence was a priority for the Forza Italia party that he leads. "If we want to be peacekeepers in the world, we need a European military. And this is a fundamental precondition to be able to have an effective European foreign policy," he said in an interview published on Sunday. "In a world with powerful players like the United States,...

A Connecticut church pastor was arrested last week and charged with dealing crystal meth out of his church's rectory, say local police. Herbert Miller, 63, the reverend of the Woodbury United Methodist Church, was arrested Friday after being pulled over by state troopers in Woodbury. He was found to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine in both rock and liquid form, the latter of which was discovered in a hypodermic needle, ready for injection. A police report says that Miller was 'observed operating his vehicle with a suspended registration for failing to maintain insurance requirements.' When police found the vehicle,...

Stocks dropped on Tuesday after hotter-than-expected inflation data for January spiked Treasury yields and raised doubts that the Federal Reserve would be able to cut rates several times this year, a key part of the bull case for the equity market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 464 points, or 1.2%. It had earlier in the day slipped more than 500 points, or 1.4%, in its biggest drop since March 2023, when it fell 1.63%. The S&P 500 slid 1.2%, and the Nasdaq Composite fell 1.3%. The consumer price index rose 0.3% in January from December. CPI was up 3.1%...

Earlier today, we reported that one megachurch had put on a Super Bowl-themed service in lieu of biblical preaching and it even included background music from one of the most vile, foul-mouthed rappers of our day, E-40. Yet, it seems like the Super Bowl has become the god of most of these pagan institutions that call themselves churches. Here, another megachurch in Ohio puts on another silly non-Christian Super Bowl-themed service and even hires an Elvis impersonator to sing See See Rider. Here are some more pics from the service: ON LINK

Houston’s ABC 13 pointed to Texas’s permitless carry law for handguns following Sunday’s rifle attack inside Lakewood Church. Breitbart News reported the female shooter, who formerly identified by the name “Jeffery,” possessed two guns when she entered the church: an AR-15 and a .22 rifle. ABC 13 covered the story by noting, “Texas is coming up on two years since permitless carry passed in the State Legislature, which has allowed Texans to carry handguns without a license since September 2021.” They elaborated, “Before permitless carry was signed into law, Texans generally needed to be licensed to carry handguns openly or...

He has proved himself, and will win the prize of life, the crown that the Lord has promised to those who love him. This week, you’re probably going to see a lot of clips on social media and the blogosphere about churches who traded sound biblical preaching for stupid Super Bowl performances during worship service. Obviously, this demonstrates where their heart is, as their treasure is here on earth. But perhaps one of the lamest sermons I ran across, at least so far, is from Lifepoint Church in Rock Hill, SC, which is pastored by Nate Siemon and his wife. During the sermon, which they titled “Super Bowl of Preaching,” four “pastors,” including his wife, got up to preach one “quarter” of the...

Recently, investigative journalist Yehuda Miller received several FOIA documents that completely reshaped what we were told to believe about the 2020 US presidential election. We will be publishing several of these explosive documents in the coming days. The election was billed by the Democrat Party, Joe Biden, the mainstream media, and former CISA Chief Chris Krebs as the most secure election in US history. But was 2020 really the most secure election in US history?

More border lies: President Joe Biden called the border bill that failed in the Senate the “toughest set of reforms to secure the border ever” and promised that “voters are going to know that just at the moment we were going to secure the border and fund these other programs, the MAGA Republicans said ‘no.’” - False. The House of Representatives already passed the toughest set of reforms in May 2023. H.R. 2—the Secure the Border Act—would have done what the bipartisan deal only pretended to do: Stop the flood of illegals. It’s been sitting on Senate Majority Leader Chuck...
