Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) office has refused to confirm Rep. Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) claim that there will be no reauthorization, temporary or otherwise, of a deep state surveillance tool in the National Defense Authorization Act. Breitbart News, as well as Wired, reported that Speaker Johnson and Democrat leaders are considering slipping a reauthorization of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a defense bill that has little to do with government surveillance.

House Speaker Mike Johnson’s release of more video and cell phone tapes from January 6 shows further evidence that the “insurrection” on that day was a federal setup. It’s more evidence to add to the known fact that, in the lead-up to January 6, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to have extra security. This knowledge leads to a bigger question that no one, Left, Right, or Center, seems to be asking: Why? Why wouldn’t Pelosi want to be sure that “democracy was secure” so that Vice President Mike Pence could certify the Electoral College vote? Ensuring that the Capitol was safe...

The London Metal Exchange (LME) won a legal battle with U.S. financial firms on Wednesday which brought a case demanding $472 million in compensation after the exchange cancelled billions of dollars in nickel trades last year following a surge in prices. Hedge fund Elliott Associates and market maker Jane Street Global Trading brought the case after the world's largest metals marketplace cancelled $12 billion in trades when prices shot to records above $100,000 a metric ton in a few hours of chaotic trade in March 2022. In its written ruling, London's High Court said the LME could cancel trades in...

On November 28, Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer signed bills that will revamp electricity generation in the state. The new measures include a requirement for utilities to achieve a 100% clean energy standard by 2040. The measures also transfer authority over large-scale wind and solar projects from local governments to the state’s Public Service Commission. Whitmer emphasized that Michigan is well-equipped, both in terms of its workforce and the newly enacted legislation, to foster robust economic growth in the clean energy sector. The impact of the new laws will be felt in areas such as project locations, electricity sources, and power...

What is it about Democrats and hospitality? The White House under them is the scene of many embarrassing episodes. Which brings us to today, where Argentina's newly elected president came to the White House, not to ask for aid, but to tell them about his plans. According to Breitbart News:Javier Milei, the president-elect of Argentina, is scheduled to visit the White House on Tuesday for the final leg of his whirlwind visit to America this week, but President Joe Biden will not be there.Milei, an outsider leading a populist libertarian movement that toppled both the establishment center-right and the ruling...

Mayor Eric Adams’ administration is proposing changes to the zoning law to make it easier for casinos to locate in New York City. The current zoning law makes no mention of casinos, leaving a state-approved gaming facility in the five boroughs vulnerable to litigation — putting the city at a disadvantage with casinos eyeing sites in the surrounding suburbs, city officials said. Nassau County already approved a lease for Sands to operate a casino at the Nassau Coliseum site, though it is currently tied up in litigation.

Jack Hellner recently suggested that oil spills are only moderately harmful to the environment. I disagree. Oil in the environment is normally there and has been for centuries. That’s how people first discovered the stuff. In California’s uber-environmentalist Santa Barbara County, an estimated 11 to 160 barrels of oil seep into the ocean daily and have for countless centuries; the locals have made attempts at capping it. They have failed so farIn nature, there are the butanes, gasolines and kerosene in the oil, which, when deposited on the surface, evaporate off as naphtha (probably the basis of the ancient Greek...

Global elites, including Bill Gates and Climate Czar John Kerry, will fly by gas-guzzling private jets to attend the COP 28 climate event on Thursday in Dubai. The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference expects a record turnout for the annual event, where global elites run shoulders as they hypocritically call on us peasants to reduce our carbon footprint. Among the elites will be King Charles, who will deliver the opening address as he joins thousands of others who have snubbed video conferencing to fly on carbon-spewing aircraft. The 70-000-plus attendees is double the number of COP21 delegates in Paris....

The 2018 inter-Korean military agreement included removing guard posts at border areas and buffer and no-fly zones near the armed border. It was signed by then South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in 2018 during a brief reconciliatory mood between the two Koreas.

If there's any doubt that the creatures currently persecuting President Trump through the courts are less after him than they are us, prosecutor Jack Smith provides the assurances. Here's his latest stunt: The Department of 'Justice' demanded that Twitter (X) hand over a list of users who engaged with Donald Trump's posts in relation to Jack Smith's J6 investigation. It's as outrageous a demand as any ever seen in an outrageous case, with horrible implications for Constitutional protections and freedom itself in the U.S. If this creep gets what he wants, that means everyone who ever clicked "like" on a tweet...

Where has all the GDP gone? Not to wages. As expected, Q3 Real GDP was revised upwards to 5.2% annualized. Of course, this shatters JKP’s talking points that Biden inherited a train wreck of an economy from Trump. Q3 2020 Real GDP grew at over 30%. And on a year-over-year (YoY) basis, US real GDP grew at 3.0% in Q3. Unfortunately, real hourly compensation grew at a measly 0.6% YoY. Meanwhile, home prices have hit an all-time high. Too bad real wages are so low.

Former President Trump emphasized late Tuesday night that he wants to replace the Affordable Care Act — more commonly known as “ObamaCare” — rather than eliminate it entirely. “Getting much better Healthcare than Obamacare for the American people will be a priority of the Trump Administration. It is not a matter of cost, it is a matter of HEALTH,” he wrote on Truth Social. “America will have one of the best Healthcare Plans anywhere in the world. Right now it has one of the WORST!” “I don’t want to terminate Obamacare, I want to REPLACE IT with MUCH BETTER HEALTHCARE,”...

Amid all the talk of undercover agents and informers from the various police services instigating violence at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, Democrat party operatives have managed to escape attention. This is an oversight that needs correction. In doing research for a book on the women of January 6, I came across the curious case of Emanuel Jackson. Although Jackson does not exactly fit the media profile of a raging white supremacist, there is no denying his involvement. On January 20, 2021, the Department of Justice charged Jackson with two counts of “assault on a federal officer while armed...

In order to extend the deal between Hamas and Israel, the government approved the release of a group of prominent inciters and female terrorists from Arara and Kfar Kasem. Their release may mark a turning point for terror in Israel. The Israeli government approved tonight (Tuesday) the extension of an agreement with Hamas, to allow for the release of additional hostages. As part of the agreement, in addition to extending the ceasefire in Gaza, Israel will release 50 more female terrorists. Many are prominent inciters whose release may ignite Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and even Arab communities in Israel. Take,...
