Johnny Charles Ebbs V, an Austin man charged for regularly beating his pregnant girlfriend and ultimately killing their unborn baby, was let off on a plea agreement after striking a deal with pro-abortion Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza. A radical leftist and extreme abortion supporter, Travis County’s DA has been causing increasing outrage for being soft on crime. The Travis County DA’s office offered Ebbs a plea agreement which will release him from custody with very few conditions and will most likely result in all charges being dismissed. According to the court testimony of Ebbs’ girlfriend, LaShonda Lemons, he...

Earlier on Monday, a diplomatic source told Kan Reshet Bet that although there is progress in negotiations for a prisoner swap, the discussions regarding an imminent ceasefire are "a joke." "There is progress on negotiations to release some of our hostages, but nothing is settled yet," the source told Kan Reshet Bet.

A Royal Navy nuclear submarine equipped with Trident missiles suffered a huge malfunction that sent it into an endless dive before the vessel was righted moments before the crew faced being crushed by underwater pressure, it was claimed today. The Vanguard class sub had been carrying 140 crew when its depth gauge suddenly failed while on a mission in the Atlantic. It caused a frantic scrabble with engineers managing to stop the submarine and its nuclear reactor from plunging further just moments before disaster struck. The deep sea vessel, carrying Trident 2 missiles, was on patrol when the depth indicators...

"Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; "And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: "To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God." ☰ Mark 5 1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the...

Today in God’s law we are looking at one that is somewhat most dearest to our interests. Of all the things in life we desire for ourselves it is that others might think well of us. To have a bad reputation is to ruin whatever first impression we may give when being introduced to someone for the first time. It also means that folks might give you a squinty eye when they see you out in public. This is especially the case when you don’t even know why people are treating you differently. There is no pain like finding out...

Chinese researchers claim they have developed what the media is terming a ‘force gun’ that purportedly uses magnetic plasma rings to manipulate distant objects in space, almost reminiscent of ways the Jedi in the Star Wars film franchise use the force to move objects with their mind.Little information is available about the mystery weapon, but if it exists, it could theoretically be used to capture enemy spacecraft, alter their orbits, or even cause spacecraft to crash into each other, all from a safe distance.

Joe Biden has turned 81 with plans for a low-key celebration in Nantucket - as his administration deploys a 'Bubble Wrap' strategy to stop him from falling in public. The President has seen repeated questions over his fitness for office, with polls and pundits suggesting it is a huge problem with less than a year to the 2024 election. When asked to respond to concerns about his age by the New York Times, the White House swerved and tried to rattle off a list of his achievements. 'Because of President Biden's decades of experience in public service and deep relationships...

If you don’t like the pro-Hamas demonstrations by American college students, then you won’t like American higher education, which is the garden in which these flowers were grown. Within hours of the atrocities committed by Hamas operatives who invaded Israel on October 7, groups of American college students had organized to express their support for the terrorists. This caught many Americans by surprise. How could college students at some of America’s best universities sympathize with the perpetrators of gruesome attacks on unarmed civilians? The surprise, however, was not universal. Those of us who pay close attention to American higher education...

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a leader of one of New Hampshire's teachers' unions to stop public dollars from being spent to fund private schools through the Education Freedom Account program, saying she has not shown that it violates the state constitution. The lawsuit was filed in Merrimack County Superior Court last year. It sought an injunction to stop the voucher-like program. Deb Howes, president of the American Federation of Teachers New Hampshire, had said the program runs afoul of the constitution because money from the state's education trust fund is specifically set aside for public education...

Reserve officers in the IDF sounded the alarm over a collection of reports recently accumulated on disciplinary issues among Israeli soldiers in Gaza, which may lead to "serious incidents" in the Gaza Strip and endanger Israeli forces in the face of Hamas threats, they argued. Among the alarming reports, a testimony of a tank commander claimed he observed soldiers playing soccer, swimming in the waters of Gazan beaches, spraying graffiti inscriptions on the walls of Palestinian houses, and planting trees brought from Israel. Also, some unusual political statements by soldiers were recorded on social networks. One veteran in the IDF...

I have been writing a lot on Israel, and thought I should write about another one of my lifelong interests: Spain Spain is undergoing its greatest crisis since the death of Franco, and the struggle began to develop a parliamentary system of governance. We see the reemergence of themes from Spain's complex and endlessly fascinating past. While in theory, and mostly practice, Spain has been a unified kingdom/state for some 500 years, under the surface separatist forces continue to work. Very quickly, and others can fill in more details. This, after all, is just a humble vanity blog. In October...
