Iranians have little clue they are one stupid missile volley, or one reckless intervention away from a devastating Western response. Iran understandably believes it is riding quite high. It is flush with cash. It hints it almost has the bomb—and might use it soon. The Iranians are bragging about their new tyrannical allies like Russia and China. Iran boasts of now being the self-proclaimed leader of jihad on behalf of all Muslims. It gloats that it is feeding the Russian war-machine by exporting its own drones. Tehran proudly supplied and funded Hamas’s savage murdering of Jewish children in Israel. It...

In the coming days, Israel may launch a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip in response to the shocking pogrom carried out against Israelis on Oct. 7. The looming operation has led many to search for precedents in military history. There is one recent urban conflagration with great relevance to the impending assault on Gaza that, though unlikely to provide comfort to anyone, may offer some historical grounding. That is the U.S.-backed Iraqi campaign to liberate Mosul from the Islamic State in 2016-17. I was a minor participant in this titanic affair, serving as a volunteer ambulance driver with the...

"It was clear that there's no arguing with this one. Given that I couldn't shift anything, I resigned," he said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An 11-year veteran of the U.S. State Department has resigned his position over President Joe Biden's handling of the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Josh Paul, since 2012, served as the Director of Congressional & Public Affairs for the department's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, his LinkedIn profile states. He announced his resignation via that platform on Wednesday. Speaking to the Huffington Post, Paul cited his frustrations with the Department's unwillingness to depart from its position on the conflict. The administration has...

They just want to get to November 17th. That's their goal. Because once they get there, they will extend FULL GOVERNMENT FUNDING to January..."to give themselves time" They don't care who's in charge, be it Kevin McCarthy (54% Liberty score) or Patrick McHenry (54% Liberty score) or Steve Scalise (58% Liberty score) or even Hakeem Jeffries. They don't care about how much time they're wasting or what machinations they need to go through. They're just biding time until they get to November 17th, just as they bided time to get to September 30th. The chairmen aren't working on bills in...

The California Trucking Association is suing the state’s air-quality agency over a new climate action rule that requires truckers to switch to zero-emissions vehicles by 2042, claiming it “threatens the security and predictability” of the trucking industry. In a federal lawsuit filed against the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Oct. 16 in Sacramento U.S. District Court, the trucking association is seeking the court to permanently stop the agency from enforcing its Advanced Clean Fleets rule that goes into effect Jan. 1. The proposed regulations (pdf) would require trucks operating at California ports to be zero-emission by Jan. 1, 2035, and...

In "After Hospital Blast, Headlines Shift With Changing Claims" the New York Slimes had this sentence which caught my attention: "The Committee to Protect Journalists said on Wednesday that at least 19 journalists had been killed during the conflict, 15 of them Palestinian."

HUNDREDS of illegal economic migrants protested and rioted at the Samos asylum center in Greece after news broke about the Hamas hospital bombing on Wednesday. The protesters chanted and demanded entry into Europe. And the European leadership is stupid enough to let them in. This is the same “asylum” center where the Muslims cheered on news of the bloody Hamas attack on Israel. They cheered the Hamas massacre.

Hamas-affiliated media in Gaza report that Jamila al-Shanti, the widow of Hamas co-founder Abdel Aziz al-Rantisi and the first woman elected to the terror group’s political bureau, was killed in an Israeli airstrike. The reports give no details on the location of the strike, saying only that it occurred at dawn. Al-Shanti in 2021 became the first woman elected to the Hamas political bureau, its highest decision-making body. Rantisi was killed in 2004 by an Israeli airstrike during the Second Intifada.

As we witness the erosion of classically liberal societies and the rising tide of antisemitism, it becomes evident that leftist influences have played a significant role in fostering not only divisions but also the spread of Islamic hatred towards Jews. In recent days, Germany has seen more violent Jew-hatred, reminiscent of its dark Nazi past. The Star of David has been brazenly graffitied on the doors of Jewish homes in Berlin, marking a horrifying echo of anti-Semitic persecution during the Nazi era. This deeply troubling development is a grim reminder of the consequences when hatred is left unchallenged. This global...

Pray For The Peace of JerusalemActs 4The Believers Pray 23 On their release, Peter and John went back to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them. 24 When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. 25 You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David: “‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? 26 The kings of the...

When the federal government is looking for qualified persons to vet asylum seekers, where would you look? For the Biden administration, it seems they thought a good place was in the bowels of a terrorist organization that Trump kicked out. Somehow, they believe that a former spokesperson from the PLO is well qualified. Nothing better than plucking a person from an organization that wants to snuff out America and Israel to decide who should be allowed to come to the U.S. What could go wrong? Isn’t it great that they picked a woman who said “f--- Israel and any Jew...

Tyson Foods announced it had invested in insect-protein supplier Protix and plans to build a partnership US production facility. “The American meatpacker said Tuesday that it agreed to buy a stake in Dongen, Netherlands-based Protix BV to help fund its expansion. The most recent edition of the US Army War College’s academic journal includes a highly disturbing essay on what lessons the US military should take away from the continuing war in Ukraine. By far the most concerning and most relevant section for the average American citizen is a subsection entitled “Casualties, Replacements, and Reconstitutions” which, to cut right to the chase, directly states, “Large-scale combat operations troop requirements may well require a reconceptualization of the 1970s and 1980s volunteer force and a move toward partial conscription.” An Industrial War of Attrition Would Require Vast Numbers of Troops The context for...

The IDF says that overnight it killed the head of the military wing of Gaza’s Popular Resistance Committees terror group. The military says that warplanes carried out an airstrike on the southern Gaza city of Rafah following information received from the Shin Bet, killing Rafat Abu Hilal. The Popular Resistance Committees is the third largest terror faction in the Strip after Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Separately, the IDF says it targeted several members of Hamas’s so-called Nukhba commando forces, who led the October 7 onslaught. The military says more than ten Nukhba members were killed in the strikes. In...
