An attorney in Venice, California, filed a federal lawsuit on Saturday to bar former President Donald Trump from California’s 2024 presidential primary election, arguing that he is disqualified due to his alleged role in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, according to a report. The lawsuit argues that the Fourteenth Amendment states that no one can hold office who has previously taken an oath of office to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” or gave aid to those who did, according to a Los Angeles Times report. The attorney, Stephen Yagman, filed the lawsuit on behalf...

The CIA offered hush money to six CIA analysts who concluded that Covid-19 originated from a lab in Wuhan, China, a “multi-decade, senior-level, current” CIA officer alleged to Congress. The news of the suspected payoff broke in two letters penned by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence to CIA Director William J. Burns and former CIA Chief Operating Officer Andrew Makridis. In the letter to Burns, SSCP Chairman Brad Wenstrup and HPSCI Chairman Mike Turner detail the testimony of “a highly credible senior-level CIA officer” who alleged the CIA used a...

Ukraine’s audacious strike on Sevastopol’s naval infrastructure has apparently severely damaged a landing craft and a submarine. Aside from inflicting significant naval losses, the sidelining of a major naval dry dock facility complicates Russia’s ability to operate on the Black Sea. In modern warfare, dry docks have always been a high-priority target. As complex pieces of heavy machinery, necessary for the basic maintenance of any naval force, dry docks—facilities where ships can be floated in and repaired after water is pumped out—are not easy things to fix. America is spending billions to refresh undamaged dry docks. Repairing battle damage will...

Apple is set to host specialized entrepreneur training camps that bars applicants based on their race and sex. To participate, organizations must have “black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous” members in both leadership and on staff. The program will include two cohorts in October and November, the “underrepresented founders” and “female founders” groups. The camps, which offer valuable resources such as “one-on-one code-level guidance from Apple engineers,” list eligibility requirements that exclude would-be participants on the basis of their race and sex. In order to participate in the underrepresented founders program, an organization must have “a black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous founder, cofounder,...

There is no creature as malleable as a liberal white journo petrified that he’ll be accused of racism. But they’re all trained now. They’re all obedient now. Politicians can even pet them, at least in Chicago without fear of being bitten. Put simply, Chicago’s downtown commercial real estate market cratered during the Black Lives Matter riots. The BLM riots were encouraged by Democrats as political leverage against Donald Trump. To make matters worse for business, the blue state governors like Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker’s shutdown of businesses helped kill the commercial districts in the downtowns. The shutdown of the Chicago...

"Not an ounce of carbon will escape those camps - much like the child slaves working there." Loud cheers broke out across the auditorium, the audience rising to its feet to give a standing ovation. "Carbon-neutral slaves! What will they think of next??" said onlooker Jamie Ruskin. "This will be an absolute game-changer...

The Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) transnational repression, a pervasive scheme that extends far beyond its border and quells dissenting voices, came under the spotlight during a U.S. congressional body hearing on Sept. 12. Witnesses, ranging from lawmakers to dissidents, gave their testimony before the Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC), a bipartisan and bicameral panel. "The Chinese Communist Party has waged a pervasive, coercive campaign around the world against anyone who does not agree with the party," Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.), who co-chairs the CECC, said in the opening remarks. Mr. Smith recounted a giant sculpture in a California park morphing...

Shaped like a sailboat and stretching 23 feet long, the unmanned research vehicle, dubbed a saildrone, was a long way from its home in St. Petersburg. Roughly 200 nautical miles from Idalia’s eye on Aug. 29, as an angry sea tossed and toiled, the vehicle began recording video. ...What happens at the surface, where the wind meets water? Saildrone is now working directly with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to answer that question.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Democratic Party was left scrambling for a replacement today, as long-time faithful Senator Mitt Romney of Utah announced he would not be seeking re-election. "This is a huge blow for the Democratic Party," said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. "Romney has been one of our most reliable senators. He will be sorely missed." Democrats have immediately begun searching for a replacement candidate, concerned that conservatives in Utah could flip the seat Republican. "Romney being able to carry Utah for the Democrats was an unbelievable windfall for the party," said analyst Chuck Todd. "It will be incredibly...

In an article by CNN's Oliver Darcy [seen in screencap, delightfully described by our Kevin Tober as a "liberal media janitor and former Brian Stelter stooge"], CNN broke the news that the Biden administration is planning to send a letter to top US news executives "urging them to intensify their scrutiny of House Republicans after Speaker Kevin McCarthy launched an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, despite having found no evidence of a crime." CNN reports that, in a draft copy of the letter that CNN has seen, Biden spokesman Ian Sams writes [emphasis added throughout]:“It’s time for the media...

Your help is urgently needed, as the official comment period on ATF’s rulemaking, “Definition of ‘Engaged in the Business’ as a Dealer in Firearms,” began on Friday, September 8th, 2023.Comments on the rule will be accepted for 90 days, until December 7, 2023. The more comments ATF receives exposing the flaws, false premises, and overreaching nature of the rule, the more ATF will have to answer for if the agency persists in this ill-conceived effort. While it might be true that no amount of well-reasoned opposition will cause the Biden Administration to discontinue its persecution of gun-owning America, thoughtful comments...

Nikki Haley Positioned to Replace Ron DeSantis September 12, 2023 | Sundance | 430 Comments The DeSantis campaign is imploding. The most recent admission from the team managing DeSantis was their shifted goalposts for a second place in Iowa. Additionally, there is now friction between Ron DeSantis and Jeff Roe (head of Never Back Down PAC), if the inside campaign leakers are to be believed. There is an element of total understanding to the frustration about the bitter pill DeSantis is being forced to swallow. I mean, think about it, the management of Ron DeSantis didn’t just posit the 2024...

As Republican-led House committees launched an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden this week, Democrats and their corporate media allies have been scrambling to claim the move is just a political attack. Some claim the investigations are revenge for President Donald Trump’s impeachment. Corporate media “journalists,” meanwhile, are trying to claim there is “no evidence” against Biden. However, House Oversight and Judiciary Committees have gathered mountains of evidence over recent months, including bank statements and multiple witness testimonies. The evidence strongly indicates that Biden has been running a lucrative foreign influence peddling business since serving as Obama’s vice president. Bank...

The White House is in full panic mode over this week’s launch of an impeachment inquiry into Democrat President Joe Biden. The evidence overwhelmingly shows that Biden and his son Hunter engaged in shady foreign deals and received millions of dollars for selling access to the White House. However, instead of defending the indefensible, the White House is now begging media outlets to investigate the GOP. Ian Sams, a spokesperson for the White House Counsel’s Office, wrote: “It’s time for the media to ramp up its scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry based on lies. “Covering impeachment...
