Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) has disclosed “never-before-released” Facebook files that show indisputably that the Biden White House knowingly violated Americans’ First Amendment rights by asking the social media platform to censor constitutionally protected speech. Jim Jordan’s remarks, as released in a Twitter thread, are shared verbatim below: “Never-before-released internal documents subpoenaed by the Judiciary Committee PROVE that Facebook and Instagram censored posts and changed their content moderation policies because of unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House. During the first half of 2021, social media companies like Facebook faced tremendous pressure from the Biden White House—both publicly and...

It's been 24-hours since Hunter Biden entered a Delaware courtroom expecting to walk away without jail time and a codification of his sweetheart plea deal offered by the Department of Justice -- wiping away felony tax fraud and a felony gun charge with minor misdemeanors and a diversion program. “As he entered the courtroom, Mr. Biden drew a deep breath and plunged forward to greet the prosecutors who investigated him for five years with handshakes and a smile,” the New York Times reported about the scene. But after asking just a few simple questions, U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreikam...

Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Chris Clark, admitted in court Wednesday the president’s son received $664,000 from CEFC China Energy Co. in 2017, contradicting President Joe Biden’s claim Hunter Biden never received money from a Chinese entity. During a hearing before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, Clark revealed Hunter made over one million dollars in foreign business transactions, including $664,000 from CEFC, a company linked to the CCP and Chinese intelligence. “During calendar year 2017, Biden earned substantial income, including: just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate [BHR Partners]; $666,666 from his...

Explanation: Large galaxies grow by eating small ones. Even our own galaxy engages in a sort of galactic cannibalism, absorbing small galaxies that are too close and are captured by the Milky Way's gravity. In fact, the practice is common in the universe and illustrated by this striking pair of interacting galaxies from the banks of the southern constellation Eridanus, The River. Located over 50 million light years away, the large, distorted spiral NGC 1532 is seen locked in a gravitational struggle with dwarf galaxy NGC 1531, a struggle the smaller galaxy will eventually lose. Seen nearly edge-on, spiral NGC...

July is set to be the hottest month on record. That’s according to data released Thursday that was collected by Copernicus, the Earth observation component of the European Union’s space program, and supported by the World Meteorological Organization, the United Nation’s agency for weather, climate and water. We all know Hunter Biden's laptop from hell was a treasure trove of illicit and icky emails, photos, and more that provided a picture into the troubled life and wild extracurriculars of the son of Senator-turned-VP-turned-President of the United States Joe Biden. But new emails — not obtained from Hunter's laptop — reported by Insider show that the First Kid's practice of using his proximity and access to then-VP Biden for supposedly personal business was an apparently lucrative pay-for-power scheme. In two previously unreported emails "sent by business contacts of Hunter Biden" unearthed by Insider, the younger Biden "requested an...

Gross domestic product (GDP) levels came in hot in the second quarter, growing at a 2.4 percent rate that marked the fourth straight quarter of positive growth and underlined the resilience of the U.S. economy. Economists polled by Bloomberg had been expecting GDP growth of around 1.8 percent, meaning the 2.4 percent growth was a pleasant surprise — especially with other recent data indicating slowing inflation. The numbers from the Commerce Department are the latest sign of strength in the U.S. economy, and they come a day after the Federal Reserve reversed its March prediction of a “mild recession” to...

“Even those places that are used to extreme heat have never seen it as hot as it is now for as long as it's been,'' Biden said. “Even those who deny that we’re in the midst of a climate crisis can’t deny the impact of extreme heat is having on Americans.'' Biden's bid to address the immediate effects of climate change come as he faces pressure from fellow Democrats and environmental groups to declare a climate "emergency,'' a step he has so far resisted. The steps announced Thursday supplement his long-term agenda for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and deploying clean...

Wernher von Braun (1912-1977), one of Nazi Germany’s leading rocket scientists, became a pioneer in America’s space program following World War II. Ward interviewed the scientist in 1966, during which von Braun described the relationship between his newfound faith and his lifework in science.Von Braun’s interest in rocket science had been sparked by a desire to explore space, but he came to regret that his work was being used to cause tremendous destruction of human life. He had developed...

More than 100 New York City public school children have listed their gender as 'X' - instead of male or female - after the district allowed the choice last year. The media are so desperate for Republicans to nominate Donald Trump that they’ve turned over 96.7 percent of their programming to covering him, with brief interruptions for Emmett Till updates. Like dogs playing a game of fetch for eternity, they never tire of rehashing Trump’s legal troubles, his behavior on Jan. 6 (which has now been more investigated than the Kennedy assassination), his payment to a stripper, his call to election officials in Georgia and on and on and on.It has become clear that the media also plan to make the GOP presidential primaries entirely about Trump. Every Republican running...
