The founder and former director of a Portland-based charity has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after being found guilty of stealing more than $321,000 in Covid relief money. A New Jersey postal worker was ambushed and robbed by two masked muggers, who took his skeleton key, on just his second day on the job, authorities said.
