A transgender protester injected herself to gasps during a meeting where she and others opposed plans to ban so-called gender affirming care for children. The unnamed woman, who had blue hair and horn-rimmed glasses, declared: 'I was once a trans youth, and now I'm a happy 22-year-old trans adult... this is my healthcare, don't tread on it.' She proudly produced the syringe, then stuck the needle into her arm and pushed the plunger, to an audible gasp from an unseen eyewitness at the hearing in Tallahassee earlier this week. It's unclear what was in the syringe, although many transgender people...

Republican Strategist John Jordan says it is unlikely former US president Donald Trump will gain new voters with his YouTube account being reinstated. “Most people are already aware of President Trump and what he says and what he thinks so it’s unlikely that he’s going to win new converts or really move his numbers,” he told Sky News Australia. However, having the YouTube account does allow Mr Trump to react to stories, potentially “shape ...

President Biden told a series of cringe-worthy jokes about his Irish ancestry to mark St. Patrick’s Day, cracking that he’s surprised his distant Irish relatives aren’t “in jail” and that he’s “really not Irish” because he doesn’t drink alcohol. The 80-year-old president, who is roughly five-eighths Irish, made the seemingly stereotype-laden attempts at humor*** “I’ve been to Ireland many times, but not to actually look up, to find my actual family members. And there are so many — and they actually weren’t in jail,” Biden said to scattered laughs as he recalled a six-day visit in which he met his...

Yes has postponed the European leg of the 2023 Relayer Tour for very topical reasons: The band was unable to properly insure the dates against absences due to COVID or an act of war. "The insurance industry has withdrawn all such insurances which made touring possible pre-COVID and before the Ukraine conflict," Yes said in an official statement. "There have always been calculated risk assessments to consider when touring and Yes has unfailingly paid a premium to cover against terrorism, in addition to conventional cancellation risks." Among the impacted dates is Yes' stop at Eventim Apollo in London, which has...

Henry Clarisey, 21, scored 2.8 million views last month as aghast TikTokers watched him choke down dog chow “for the gains.” “I tasted the dry dog food kibble, and [it] tasted like little pieces of rocks,” the Buffalo resident told The Post, recalling the gag-inducing nosh. “[It was] not comfortable at all to eat, and it was super hard to bite down on.” The gym bros of TikTok will do anything to consume more protein — and their latest indulgence is even more disgusting than a chalky smoothie.

“And the Lord said, ‘Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat’” (Luke 22:31 NKJV). Satan sifts only those who threaten his work. He goes after the tree with the most potential to bear fruit. Why was he so anxious to test Peter? Well, for three years Peter had been casting out devils and healing the sick. Satan had heard Jesus promise the disciples another baptism, one of Holy Ghost power and fire, and he trembled! Now the devil knew God’s ultimate plan for Peter. He realized that the past three years would...

The notion that the Southern California Gas Company is seeking to raise rates by 13% borders on gross malfeasance and criminal conspiracy. Yet most of my ire is not directed at SoCalGas but rather toward government institutions like the inept California Public Utilities Commission, the vacuous California governor and much of the Byzantine California State Legislature. Yes … we can all indeed thank the political swamp that is Sacramento for our ever increasing natural gas, energy and fuel prices. Ever the political demagogue, Gov. Gavin Newsom is demanding a federal investigation into high natural gas prices. The “pretty boy” Left...

As soon as the disciples heard about receiving a baptism of power, they asked, “Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel”? (see Acts 1). Jesus answered in no uncertain terms, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in his own authority” (Acts 1:7 NKJV). Stop and think about what their question implied. “Lord, do you mean that beginning in that room, with just us, you will restore the kingdom of Israel? Will we bring down Herod and Rome? Are we the ones to cleanse the land, set up...

The session drummer had been incarcerated since 1984 for murdering his motherSession drummer and Wrecking Crew member, Jim Gordon, who played for The Beach Boys, Derek and The Dominos, Steely Dan, John Lennon and many, many more, has died in a medical correctional facility, aged 77. Gordon’s death was confirmed by publicist, Bob Merlis, who states that he died of natural causes “after a long incarceration and lifelong battle with mental illness.” The troubled session ace’s already-impressive career was cut short in 1984, when he was sentenced to 16 years in prison for brutally murdering his mother in an...
