Hunter Biden is suing the computer repair shop owner who said the president's son dropped off a laptop and never returned to claim it, The Washington Post reported.
The 42-page lawsuit, filed Friday in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, escalates the fight over how controversial data and images of Biden were obtained almost five years ago.
...
The data from the laptop is at the center of a congressional investigation of Biden.

Hunter Biden Files Suit Against Laptop Repair Shop Owner in Ukrainian Court.

He signed a release that said the laptop was considered abandoned if not paid for and picked up in 90 days IIRC.
Wonder how his attorneys will get around that.
An inconvenient truth. Plus all the porn and drug abuse will be laid out once again.

Forgive my ignorance. In what way does this become a Federal matter? Or does it fall under the, No one f**ks with a Biden clause?

A NORMAL release for ANY repairs.
See this in Judge Judy’s court all the time.
She would have a field day with this Hunter lawsuit.

It’s not a Federal Government matter, it’s a Feral Government matter.

Funny.
Preposterous lawsuit.
Headline pushed on Fox News website right now is that Donald Trump is close to indictment.
NOT the Biden family.
What a country.

I bet there’s some form of of legal trick to get the laptop and all copies and transcripts taken by the court as evidence until the case has been completed, or somebody dies.
To: Navy Patriot
I notice he’s stopped claiming the info false and is now only claiming that his privacy was violated.

... no one f**ks with a Biden clause? I think that's the reason Hunter's MacBook is being made into a federal case.

Biden does not admit in his lawsuit that he dropped off the laptop, received an invoice or neglected to pick it up. Despite claims by Mac Isaac, the filing states, "Mr. Biden is without knowledge sufficient to admit or deny the allegations." Biden’s lawyers are doing legal gymnastics on this one. Case dismissed. Any judge that allows this lawsuit to progress needs to be removed from the bench. The lawyers should also be disbarred.

He probably honestly doesn’t know if he did drop it off or not, because he was higher than a kite during this time and doesn’t remember anything at all around this time.
