Freepers, this is a big deal. Those of you with a legal background. Appreciate your thoughts. Foundedonpurpose Supreme Court Refused to Hear the Brunson Case As Expected Blog/Rule of Law Posted Feb 22, 2023 by Martin Armstrong COMMENT: Marty, you understand markets and the legal system. You were right again. The Supreme Court rejected the Brunson case. KQ REPLY: As I wrote before, this was an interesting argument, but it will be even more “earth-shattering if the Supreme Court actually takes the case and rules on the validity of taking an oath of office.” How can you support, and defend,...

"But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying, "I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. "And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine." Matthew, Chapter 22 1 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said, 2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3 And sent forth his...

A 70-year-old woman has shared on UK television that her husband of almost 50 years “keeps disappearing” to Thailand and sending “hundreds of pounds there monthly”. Speaking on a segment called Dear Deirdre phone-in on This Morning, the anonymous caller who went by the name ‘Julie’ said he leaves without telling her, and is tight-lipped about where the cash is going. His response when she inquires where he is going is equally charming. “None of your business,” she says he retorts.

Explanation: Our Sun is becoming a busy place. Only two years ago, the Sun was emerging from a solar minimum so quiet that months would go by without even a single sunspot. In contrast, already this year and well ahead of schedule, our Sun is unusually active, already nearing solar activity levels seen a decade ago during the last solar maximum. Our increasingly active Sun was captured two weeks ago sporting numerous interesting features. The image was recorded in a single color of light called Hydrogen Alpha, color-inverted, and false colored. Spicules carpet much of the Sun's face. The brightening...

Greene had tweeted earlier, “We need a national divorce. We need to separate by red states and blue states and shrink the federal government. Everyone I talk to says this. From the sick and disgusting woke culture issues shoved down our throats to the Democrat’s traitorous America Last policies, we are...

After another bombshell report last week suggested Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s 2021 election victory was clandestinely backed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Trudeau blasted not only the alleged undermining of the nation’s elections but Canada’s intelligence agency for allowing the information to be leaked to the press.“It’s certainly a sign that security within CSIS [Canadian Security Intelligence Service] needs to be reviewed. And I’m expecting CSIS to take the issue very seriously,” Trudeau reacted after the latest Globe and Mail reports. In last Friday’s report, the Globe and Mail stated that they’ve viewed “top-secret Canadian Security Intelligence Service documents” that...

China’s navy has significant advantages over its US rival, including a bigger fleet and greater shipbuilding capacity, as Beijing seeks to project its power across the oceans, the head of the United States Navy said Tuesday. VIDEOIf you thought things couldn't get any weirder with that BIZARRE Fulton County grand jury forewoman, it just did. It turns out that according to her Pinterest, Emily Kohrs is a witch. Yes, the liberals have been drooling for months over the possibility that at last, AT LAST, Trump would finally be indicted by a grand jury. Unfortunately for them it now appears any such possible indictment would be DISMISSED due to that jury forewoman running at the mouth about witnesses (in addition to just being flat out NUTS!!!) but is also a witch. Get on your broomsticks, liberals, and...

Imagine you are 40-something and want to go on a date looking like you did 20 years ago. This is impossible in the classical physical world but not in the quantum world, which refers to the subatomic particles that are the foundation for all reality...The team published papers in Physical Review X, Quantum, Arxiv, Physical Review Letters and Optica on theoretical research and experiments proving it's possible to "accelerate, decelerate and reverse the flow of time within arbitrary, even uncontrolled quantum systems."

Contrast that with Biden and the federal government, who have failed them from the beginning,” Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung told Breitbart News. John Rourke, the CEO of Blue Line Moving, which transported the pallets of water to East Palestine, told Breitbart News the company...

Want to fight global warming? Start rationing food like Britain did in World War 2! At least, that’s the idea that “one of Britain’s oldest and most influential newspapers” is promoting. British publication The Times ran one of the nuttiest bits of climate change babble in a Feb. 20 story headlined: “How to fix global warming? Bring back rationing, say scientists.” The first sentence of the piece dripped with brain-melting nonsense: “Second World War-style rationing of petrol, household energy and meat could help to fight climate change, British scientists have recommended.” The newspaper cited “researchers” – whom it does not...

If you're over 40, regular exercise may not only keep you fit—it might keep you out of the hospital, too, a large new study suggests. Researchers found that among nearly 82,000 British adults, those who regularly exercised were less likely to be hospitalized for various health conditions in the coming years. The list included such common ills as pneumonia, stroke, diabetes complications and severe urinary tract infections. The findings suggest that if middle-aged and older people added just 20 minutes of exercise to their daily routine, they could cut the risk of those hospitalizations by anywhere from 4% to 23%...

Andrew Bates, a deputy White House press secretary, argued congressional Republicans and former Trump administration officials “owe East Palestine an apology for selling them out to rail industry lobbyists,” pointing to past efforts to loosen regulations. “Congressional Republicans laid the groundwork for the Trump Administration to tear up requirements for more effective train brakes, and last year most House Republicans wanted to defund our ability to protect...
