A Pennsylvania county has ended its “sanctuary” status for illegal aliens as the nation’s fentanyl crisis has hit the community, spilling over from the United States-Mexico border.
Officials in Butler County, Pennsylvania — which has consistently voted Republican in the last few election cycles — have ended the area’s sanctuary county status that helped keep illegal aliens from being arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Butler is no longer a “sanctuary county” for illegal immigrants after a vote yesterday by the county’s prison board....... the vote was unanimous among the board.
Oh

( Butler does pride itself as being a city of law and order - the country had been clustered with several other counties and why it was initially designated as it was... the public objected fiercely being grouped in with the other counties at that time.)
Counties should check what CIS lists them as........CIS does NOT list Pennsylvania as a sanctuary state, but lists 17 counties as sanctuary counties.
In Western Pennsylvania, Allegheny and Westmoreland counties are on the list. Butler County was on the list until Tuesday when it was removed.
At least they are calling them by their real names ... illegal aliens.

I had no idea Butler Co. was a sanctuary county.
A rural county that hosted a rally with PDJT, that brought in 75,000 Patriots.
Wonder how they like all that fresh air, now.

Butler? Not a big surprise.
Something closer to Philly or Pittsburgh would have been a surprise.
But.... baby steps.
Duh. People laugh at Biden and Kamala Harris for being morons when we have mayors and governors equally as dumb, stupid, and clueless that it takes a catastrophe to wake them up.
The entire Democrat party is dumb, stupid, and crazy. Even down to dogcatcher. But they are very clever at sloganeering and winning elections.
