This article is meant to be a continuation of my previous article entitled Don’t Let Satan Steal Your Enjoy. I sympathize with any true born-again believer in Jesus that has moments of occasional doubt about their own salvation. It is a miserable place to be, and the Lord wants us to have assurance. How do we become a child of God (born-again, a Christian)? We must admit that we are a sinner. “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). We must believe on Jesus (His death, burial and resurrection). “For I delivered to...

Elizabeth Pixie is angry. She’s angry that her friend Daniel Aston died in a shooting at Club Q. She’s angry that she had to move to Colorado from Texas because she felt unsafe as a trans woman there. And she’s angry with people who have spread anti-LGBTQ rhetoric online — some for years — leading up to the shooting. “They can call it religion, they can call it politics, they can call it saving people,” Pixie, who lives in Colorado Springs, said. “Whatever fluff or s--- they want to sprinkle on it, they can do that, but at the end...

The House Democratic leadership had nothing to say this week about GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy's pledge to boot three of their members from their committed assignments when Republicans take power in January. Fox News Digital reached out to every member of the present Democratic leadership — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and Majority Whip Jim Clyburn — about the topic, but no response was provided. The top three Democrats likely to ascend to the leadership ladder next Congress – Reps. Hakeem Jeffries, Katherine Clark and Pete Aguilar – also declined to comment. ... McCarthy, the Republican designee...

WASHINGTON - The International Monetary Fund urged China on Wednesday to boost Covid-19 vaccination rates and give more robust support to its troubled property sector to restore confidence and reduce risks from a global economic slowdown and high energy prices. In a statement following virtual meetings for its annual review of China’s economic policies, the IMF said it was maintaining gross domestic product growth forecasts issued in October. These envision growth of 3.2 per cent in 2022 and 4.4 per cent in 2023, assuming a gradual lifting of China’s strict zero-Covid-19 strategy in the second half of 2023. “Although the...

It’s a church filled with joyous expectation of Jesus’ soon appearing to take His saints home to glory. It’s a church that concentrates its efforts upon appealing to the lost and increasing attendance on Sunday mornings. In short, it’s a tale of two types of churches that one finds in our world today. Revelation 3:7-22 describes churches in the towns of Philadelphia and Laodicea. In Jesus’ letters to them, we discover aspects of each that help us understand the differences between these assemblies of believers today. On any given Sunday, a casual observer might not notice any difference between these...

President Joe Biden will have his annual physical in coming months, the White House promised Tuesday when asked about the octogenarian’s current state of health. Biden, who turned 80 over the past weekend, is “in good health and maintains an active lifestyle,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre assured a press briefing.

Tucker Carlson was among the conservative media figures that continued attacking LGBTQ people in the wake of the Club Q shooting. Some right-wing media figures and influencers have doubled down on the use of inflammatory rhetoric against the LGBTQ community in the wake of Saturday night’s shooting at a Colorado gay club that killed five. The rhetoric mirrors what LGBTQ advocates have warned about for months, most notably false claims that children are being sexualized or “groomed” by LGBTQ people and events. The Colorado shooter’s motive is unknown, but the primary suspect Anderson Lee Aldrich is facing five counts of...

The city council of Los Angeles, once a hub of the American oil industry, voted 10-0 on Tuesday to instruct the city attorney to prepare an ordinance that would ban oil drilling within a city that is still dotted with pumpjacks. The Los Angeles Daily News reported: The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved a similar ordinance earlier in October. The City Council in January unanimously approved a series of recommendations aimed at banning new oil and gas wells. The draft ordinance would phase out all such oil and gas extraction activities by immediately banning new oil and gas...

“You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t”, said Barack Obama to Joe Biden back in 2019 as Biden was preparing to announce his plans to run for the Democrat Party’s nomination for President of the United States, and run against then-President Donald Trump. At the time Obama made those private remarks to Biden I found it a bit curious. One would have expected the former president to enthusiastically encourage and support his former vice president to run for the top job. After all, they spent eight years together in the White House and knew each other well....

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has announced that she will be stepping down as the Democratic Party’s leader in the next session of Congress when the House Democrats will be in the minority. Speaker Pelosi’s heir apparent is New York Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, a persistent election denier. Rep. Jeffries has spent much more time demonizing Donald Trump and the Republican Party than working for the American people as the primary sponsor of responsible legislative proposals. With Rep. Jeffries leading the House Democrats starting next year, we can expect more reckless inflammatory rhetoric and more left-wing progressive proposals to fundamentally transform America....

Back in 2021, after the shocking election results from November when Democrats who were soundly defeated on Election Day, locked the doors on the counting rooms and continued to drive truckloads of mysterious ballots into the counting centers. Only when they took the lead in each battleground state did they call the election for basement dummy Joe Biden. The GOP fled the scene. Then on January 6, 2021, when a million conservative voters joined President Donald Trump at the Ellipse in Washington DC, the GOP skipped town again. Ronna McDaniel and the GOP elites went to their winter retreat at...

Reprinted with permission from Dr. Naomi Wolf’s Substack.com.This is the eve after a broken election, as broken machines count broken vote tallies, and as broken media “calls” outcomes. Everyone in legacy media is waiting “for AP to call the outcome,” which is sadly hilarious, given that AP has a Memorandum of Understanding that it won’t disclose fully to our Congress, with the news agency Xinhua, the CCP’s chief propaganda arm.Treasonous media call a treasonous election process. In one state, the outcome is being overseen by one of the two main contestants — which is itself a true banana-republic level situation. In my...

On Friday, Old Joe Biden’s chief propaganda minister, Karine Jean-Pierre, was asked about Kentucky Congressman and House Oversight Committee ranking member James Comer’s announcement that he plans to begin “investigating the President’s involvement in his son Hunter’s foreign business dealings.” The reporter also asked: “And then, on the merits of the allegations, can you address whether the President was involved in any of his son, uh, Hunter or his brother’s, uh, foreign business deals?” Jean-Pierre gave one of her characteristic stuttering, sputtering, deer-in-the-headlights responses, and never did quite get around to answering the key question. This was no surprise: there...

The Labor Department cleared the path for employers to consider environmental, social, and governance principles when choosing investment funds for their 401(k) plans. The move, which was announced on Tuesday, rolls back restrictions put in place during the Trump administration that made ESG considerations more challenging for employers. The final rule on the matter will take effect in 60 days. REPUBLICANS AIM TO TURN ESG INTO 2024 LIABILITY FOR DEMOCRATS The change is part of a broader push in favor of the ESG movement that has pleased Democrats and earned derision from Republicans. The previous restrictions “unnecessarily restrained” plan fiduciaries’...

Vladimir Putin has again been pictured tightly gripping a chair and shuffling his feet amid on-going speculation about the Russian president's health. Footage from Putin's Tuesday meeting with Miguel Díaz-Canel, the president of Cuba and leader of the country's communist party, showed the Russian despot sitting awkwardly in his chair as the pair spoke in front of the cameras. -snip- In the latest example, a puffy-faced Putin is seen smiling gingerly as he speaks with Díaz-Canel infront of a marble fireplace in Moscow. His left hand is seen wrapped tightly around the arm of the white chair he is sitting...

Vice President Kamala Harris said during her first official visit to the Philippines on Monday the United States will honor a 1951 bilateral defense treaty and defend Filipino ships against Chinese aggression in the South China Sea. The issue is pertinent because the Philippines on Monday accused China of using force to retrieve debris from a rocket near the contested Spratly Islands.

An Envoy Air pilot passed out while taking off from Chicago O’Hare International Airport and was later pronounced dead, officials said on Tuesday. The co-pilot took control of the plane and managed to land safely. The incident involved Envoy Air Flight 3556, an Embraer E175 aircraft, which was scheduled to fly to Columbus, Ohio on Saturday night. The flight was flown for American Eagle, which – like Envoy Air – is part of American Airlines.
