Still more evidence that the FBI is corrupt, politicized, and in dire need of top-to-bottom reform, if not a total shutdown, came on Thursday. The Delaware computer repairman to whom Hunter Biden brought his now-infamous laptop for repair and then forgot about it revealed that an FBI agent who came to speak with him left him with an ominous threat to be quiet about Hunter’s indiscretions and worse — or else.

The Democrats' Inflation Reduction Act contains provisions calling for the hiring of an additional 87,000 IRS agents. This would more than double the number of IRS personnel from its current 79,000 employees. Many taxpayers may wonder how this would reduce inflation. A job description posted by the agency gives us a clue. According to this posting, the IRS is looking for employees willing and able to use deadly force if needed to collect taxes owed. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) explained "inflation is caused by too much unnecessary spending. At current staffing levels, the IRS lacks the manpower to ensure...

Governor Asa Hutchinson (R-AR) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that FBI was “simply carrying out their responsibilities” with the raid at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Hutchinson said, “I think we all have to take a deep breath and say, we’re going to have to wait to see the facts that come out. There is some urgency in it because this is unprecedented, the search of a former president’s home. The American public wants to understand that. And right now, you mentioned the circling of the wagons around Donald Trump. It’s simply because they see the establishment...

You just knew Schiff was going to jump into the fray. House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff and House Oversight Chairman Carolyn Maloney asked the Director of National Intelligence’s office to initiate a damage assessment of Trump’s handling of classified documents. “Former President Trump’s conduct has potentially put our national security at grave risk. This issue demands a full review, in addition to the ongoing law enforcement inquiry,” wrote House Intelligence committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and House Oversight committee chair Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) in a three-page letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines. They asked for a classified...

Governor Larry Hogan (R-MD) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago was a win for former President Donald Trump because it seemed as if he was being martyred. Anchor Jon Karl asked, “What about Kevin McCarthy, he may the next Speaker of the House, we’ve been trying to get a response from him now that warrant has been unsealed, but him talking about the weaponized politicization of the FBI?” Hogan said, “It is kind of jumping to conclusions without any information. I was pushing for transparency. If, in fact, they do not have a serious...

Joe Biden is no more or less capable a president than he was two months ago. His staff is no more or less competent. But suddenly, images of Biden as a feeble septuagenarian atop a mismanaged White House have given way to those of an experienced leader, smiling behind aviator sunglasses, whose battle-tested team has delivered on a range of national priorities. A winning streak does that for you. It has not happened because of a strategy shift or staff shakeup, though at low points allies wanted him to take those ritual steps. It’s been a combination of good luck,...

A Texas man who was convicted of child sexual abuse chugged “cloudy” water as the verdict finding him guilty was read and died shortly after. Edward Peter Leclair, 57, was found guilty on Thursday of five counts of child sexual abuse, all involving the same victim, who was between the age of 14 and 17. Leclair had a large bottle that appeared to be water next to him, but did not drink it throughout the hearing. As the guilty verdict was read, Leclair began to chug from the bottle. “I looked over and noticed him drinking,” Leclair’s lawyer Mike Howard...

Putin has no questions about the money allocated for the army, also for the reason that in exchange for the stolen, Defense Ministry officials are ready to carry out any, the most “dirty”, order of the head of the Russian Federation. David Brooks is very worried the FBI’s raid of Mar-a-Lago helps Trump.I was chatting with a politically mature friend today who, in the course of some delighted words about Attorney General Merrick Garland, reminded me that in his famous “evil empire” speech of 1983, Ronald Reagan quoted a few choice lines from the preface of C. S. Lewis’ Screwtape Letters. “The greatest evil,” Lewis wrote, is not now done in any Dickensian “dens of iniquity” or even in “concentration camps and labor camps.” Such brutish moral cesspools, Lewis says, are rather “the final result” of the encompassing evil evoked in...

This time, it is mega-floods in California replacing mega-droughts, and again they are supposedly caused by us and fossil fuels. Not once do journalists give a damn that their previous dire predictions have been 100% false. To the compliant, complicit media, and other Democrats, floods, droughts, too much snow, too little snow, record cold, record warmth are all caused by us, instead of cyclical and natural. The solution is always bigger government and more control of our lives. It is arrogant and ignorant for anyone to pretend they can control temperatures, sea levels, and storm activities if we just hand...

Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that his vote to convict former President Donald Trump of inciting an insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 was doing what is right, which is a fundamental principle that guides his life. Anchor Bret Baier said, “You’ve had some tough votes in Washington, and one of them obviously was the impeachment vote.”

VIDEOThe latest lame excuse for the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago is that President Donald Trump kept nuclear documents there. Of course, using this as the excuse is completely ridiculous for several reasons including the fact that this requires to bizarre belief that nuclear codes are written in stone and are completely unchangeable especially after a change of administrations. Also the feds, including the FBI were well aware of what was in the documents at Mar-a-Lago when President Trump complied with a subpoena and allowed DOJ officials to inspect the documents in June. If there were nuclear secrets there, they sure...
