More than a thousand girls were sexually abused by gangs of Asian men in Telford while police dropped cases like a “hot potato” for fear of inflaming racial tensions, a damning report has found. For at least 30 years, abusers in the Shropshire town “thrived” as their appalling crimes went unchecked by the authorities, who were more concerned about political correctness. An investigation - commissioned in 2018 - accused those whose job it was to protect children of repeatedly “turning a blind eye” and “ignoring obvious signs of child sexual exploitation”. The results of the three-year inquiry laid bare how...

On the day Solzhenitsyn was arrested, February, 12, 1974, he released the text of “Live Not by Lies.” The next day, he was exiled to the West, where he received a hero’s welcome. This moment marks the peak of his fame. Solzhenitsyn equates “lies” with ideology, the illusion that human nature and society can be reshaped to predetermined specifications. And his last word before leaving his homeland urges Soviet citizens as individuals to refrain from cooperating with the regime’s lies. Even the most timid can take this least demanding step toward spiritual independence. If many march together on this path...

GENEVA (AP) — A cost-of-living crisis sparked in part by higher fuel and food prices is expected to hit women the hardest, the World Economic Forum reported Wednesday, pointing to a widening gender gap in the global labor force. The Geneva-based think tank and event organizer, best known for hosting an annual gathering of elites in the Swiss Alpine town of Davos, says a hoped-for recovery from a ballooning gender gap hasn’t materialized as expected as the COVID-19 crisis has eased. The forum estimates that it will now take 132 years — down from 136 — for the world to...

By now, all of our readers are very well aware that “Dr” Jill Biden is a moron. Even if we dismiss as inherent Democrat racism her idiotic faux pas of referring to Hispanics as tacos, we cannot overlook other aspects of her life that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she’s legitimately unintelligent. One needs only look at her lack of math skills in her doctoral thesis to realize that. We also now know she is vindictive. When an Army general posted a harmless jab against her, Biden’s woke military suspended him. Fox News host Tucker Carlson explained...

The Bible In Paintings 2 ENCOURAGEMENT FOR APPRECIATING AND APPLYING GOD'S MESSAGE DAVID AND HIS MIGHTY MEN 1st CHRONICLES CHAPTER 11 These were the chiefs of David’s mighty men—they, together with all Israel, gave his kingship strong support to extend it over the whole land, as the LORD had promised—this is the list of David’s mighty men: Jashobeam was chief of the officers; he raised his spear against three hundred men, whom he killed in one encounter. Next to him was Eleazar, one of the three mighty men. He was with David when the Philistines gathered for battle. At...

Democrats are facing their worst political environment in over a decade heading into November’s mid-term elections. Republicans lead the generic ballot and hold a solid structural advantage in competing for the House of Representatives. And despite concerns about candidate quality, the GOP is also favored to take control of the Senate. The correlation between presidential approval and their party’s mid-term prospects also can’t be ignored. Joe Biden has hit the lowest poll numbers of his term, with a recent Times/Siena poll showing him at just 33 percent approval with only 13 percent believing the country is on the right track....

"As many as 100-200 Ukrainian soldiers have died every day since Russia shifted its military campaign in the spring to focus on eastern Ukraine. But overall, about 20,000 Russians have been killed. Injuries have taken about 60,000 more off the battlefield"

New York’s “No Bail” law, approved by statewide Democrats in 2019, has helped free from jail two Mexican drug cartel smugglers arrested with about $1.2 million worth of crystal meth. This week, the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York announced the arrests of 19-year-old Luis Estrada and 34-year-old Carlos Santos — both from southern California — for charges related to smuggling crystal meth. According to investigators, Estrada was arrested on July 5 with more than 40 pounds of crystal meth in his possession. Estrada also had two cellphones and a room key to a...

U.S. inflation reached 9.1% in June, its highest rate in nearly 41 years. The consumer-price index’s reading for June was higher than May’s annual rate of 8.6% that led Fed officials to shift to a faster pace of interest rate increases. Stock futures turned negative after the release of the data. Investors are closely watching the data for clues about the outlook for central-bank policy and the wider economy. .....

Shoppers paid sharply higher prices for a variety of goods in June as inflation kept its hold on a slowing U.S. economy, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Wednesday. The consumer price index, a broad measure of everyday goods and services, soared 9.1% from a year ago, above the 8.8% Dow Jones estimate. That marked another month of the fastest pace for inflation going back to December 1981.

VIDEOWatch as the January 6 Committee Chairman Benny Thompson provides laughable nonanswers to questions such as WHEN the Secret Service agents who contradict Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony will testify under oath. As you can see, Thompson has no intention to really answer the questions except with word salad. Oh, and it now appears that the chances of the Committee calling for the agents to testify is somewhere between nil and none as Thompson's absurdly evasive nonanswer indicates.

The Department of Justice is well aware that the Proud Boys who attended the Stop the Steal rally on January 6 were not violent and did not conspire to enter the Capitol—yet are prosecuting them on conspiracy charges anyway, FBI documents obtained by Gateway Pundit reveal. Five members of the group are currently in pre-trial detention on federal charges: Enrique Tarrio, Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Dominic Pezzola and Zachary Rehl. A whistleblower leaked “a treasure trove” of exculpatory documents, and text messages—some marked “Highly Sensitive”—to the Gateway Pundit reporter Cara Castronuova. “These documents would be buried forever and never see...

From some time in 2019 to the present, the Department of Homeland Security, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, has been running an Operation Silent Night to intercept items coming from China that can be used to make suppressors/silencers. The operation has seized a lot of material, with relatively few arrests. The items seized are routinely marketed as solvent traps, fuel filters, or pill containers. As most of them do not have holes so that a bullet can travel through them, it is difficult to prosecute people for importing a “silencer” or even “silencer parts” when similar items...
