The Jan. 6 Committee’s key witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, asked former Senior Trump officials for financial assistance and legal help in February after she was subpoenaed by the committee, according to an email obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller.
In an email sent to a former senior Trump official Feb. 4, Hutchinson said she has had trouble securing a legal team and asked the former senior Trump official for help with getting in contact with fundraising organizations or attorneys that could help her. Hutchinson explained that she was unemployed and that her aunt and uncle applied to refinance their house to help her. She also said she was “primarily seeking financial assistance” and “in a bind financially.”
“I was subpoenaed by the 1/6 Committee on November 9, 2020, but was not formally served until Wednesday, January 26, 2021. I’ve had difficulty securing a legal team, and was hoping you may be able to put me in contact with any fundraising organizations and/or attorneys that are involved in this process,” Hutchinson said in the email to the former senior Trump official.
“My aunt and uncle applied to refinance their house to loosen up some money since I don’t have much immediate family, but they weren’t approved,” Hutchinson said in a separate email.
Multiple senior Trump officials and a person with first-hand knowledge told the Daily Caller that former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows would not answer Hutchinson’s calls after she was subpoenaed. A Meadows spokesperson confirmed those claims to the Daily Caller, saying Meadows didn’t return those calls to avoid the appearance of improperly influencing any testimony.
The Daily Caller granted anonymity to people who have been subpoenaed by the committee.

Looks like Lizard paid her bills or made an agreement to lie.
#CassidyHutchinsonDidntKillHerself
It was a setup.
They wanted Meadows or Trump to give her money so she could claim it was “hush money” to influence her testimony.
Good thing that they did not fall for the trap.
So she lied under oath because she didn’t get financial help? She should be put in leg irons.
What the hell is wrong with these people? Why do you need a legal fund and lawyers to go before the stupid committee? OK I’ll lay it out for the dumbasses. When questioned by the J6 kangaroo court you merely say this, I invoke my 5th amendment rights, period. If everyone had done this it would be over already. Screw the press.
Or maybe she lied because she DID get financial help - just not from the Trump side.
Imagine the outrage if they did help her.
It’s amazing how many of these people who are portrayed in the media as such bright, charismatic, larger-than-life personalities are apparently unemployable once they are outside the halls of government.
She's simply a stooge for the whole sordid operation, IMHO.
It's the puppet masters, who put up to it, that we need to go after.
It amazes me that so many of our elected “leaders” were wearing masks long before Covid. Gullible me.
“I was subpoenaed by the 1/6 Committee on November 9, 2020, but was not formally served until Wednesday, January 26, 2021.
+++++++++++++++++
How can one be subpoenaed on 09NOV2020 when the “1/6” bull-jive didn’t go down until 06JAN2021? Dems planning pretty far in advance.
“I was subpoenaed by the 1/6 Committee on November 9, 2020, but was not formally served until Wednesday, January 26, 2021. ...”
I’m assuming she meant 2021 and 2022.
It was a Trap, but a well-choreographed one.
Note that the Secret Service folks had prepared remarks within hours of her lying that, being there, none of the steering wheel nor clavicle stuff happened.
The Trap is for the J6 committee. They took her testimony hook line and sinker, promoted it, and now are licking their wounds.
IMHO, Cassidy and the SS and the Trump team are all working together, at some level, to expose and destroy the J6 committee.
Looks like the DNC helped her out. Any investigative reporter who could follow up on the financial fallout from her unemployment and the refinancing of their home could indicate if she was a paid witness for the opposition after getting turned down....
Ah, now THAT is thinking like a true DC swamp rat, and I think you're spot on.
I understand that she had difficulty in securing legal representation, and at the time of her appearance, she was represented by a DemcRAT legal operative.
In listening to her testimony, I felt that most of her statements were 'couched in evasive legalese', especially during her more salacious comments.
Perhaps Cheney made some legal arrangements, given the media mileage they got from her statements ?
Exactly true !
That would also explain the DemoRAT legal operative as her legal counsel.
BINGO
