President Biden made a pointed effort to criticize two branches of the American government during his trip to Europe. The president first voiced his frustration with the Supreme Court during his press conference in Spain, for their “outrageous behavior” by overturning Roe v. Wade and ruling in support of the Second Amendment. He described the Supreme Court as “destabilizing” to the global order. “We’ve been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights and it is a mistake in my view for the Supreme Court to do what it did.” But Biden boasted of his...

p>Former President Donald Trump criticized three nominally conservative pundits as well as National Review magazine on Sunday following their recent dismissive pieces of the former president. Trump excoriated Peggy Noonan, columnist for The Wall Street Journal and former speech writer for President Ronald Reagan; Rich Lowry, editor of National Review; and George Will, columnist for the Washington Post."I listen to all of these foolish (stupid!) people, often living in a bygone era, like the weak and frail RINO, Peggy Noonan, who did much less for Ronald Reagan than she claims, and who actually said bad things about him and his...

Remember after the draft majority opinion of Dobbs was leaked, when some people predicted the ruling would help Democrats in November? Those were good times. Unfortunately for them, polls at the time showed that it had virtually no impact. Oops. Oh well.Nevertheless, now that the final opinion has been released, the same voices are once again predicting that the Dobbs decision will change the trajectory of the 2022 midterm elections.Well, they’re about to be disappointed. Again. According to a new YouGov/Economist poll conducted after the Dobbs decision was released, 45% of voters say they’d vote for their Republican congressional candidate,...

On June 15, Dr. Anthony Fauci announced that he had tested positive for COVID-19. It was a long time coming since nearly everyone around him in the White House has tested positive at least once. In fact, the number of high-profile people with repeated infections is rising — former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Prince Charles, to name a few. Of course, what they all had in common was every single COVID jab available to them.Fauci was no exception. When he provided an update on his condition during a conference call on June...

Police in San Antonio arrested a 19-year-old man Monday after he allegedly told a co-worker at an Amazon warehouse that he planned to carry out a mass shooting at the facility. Rodolfo Valdivia Aceves was taken into custody “without incident,” according to police, and has been charged with making terroristic threats. “Based on information gathered, an employee of the location heard the suspect claiming he was going to do a mass shooting at this place of business,” a synopsis of the incident provided to Yahoo News by Officer Ricardo Guzman of the San Antonio Police Department said. “Credible information to...

Several national antiabortion groups and their allies in Republican-led state legislatures are advancing plans to stop people in states where abortion is banned from seeking the procedure elsewhere, according to people involved in the discussions. The idea has gained momentum in some corners of the antiabortion movement in the days since the Supreme Court struck down its 49-year-old precedent protecting abortion rights nationwide, triggering abortion bans across much of the Southeast and Midwest.

I had a tough dialogue with a former friend concerning the Supreme Court’s Dodd decision. We disagree on the fundamental aspects of the issue and the discussion has been eye-opening. As teenagers we were both raised in very conservative milieus. I had a loving home with loving parents. When my mother passed away, my father found a wonderful woman who has been a great stepmother. Unfortunately, I have no idea of my friend’s home life. Having a good home to grow up in, with a dedicated mother who chose to stay at home, resulted in my friend spending time at...

A 20-year-old mother pushing her three-month-old baby in a stroller was fatally shot at point blank range on Wednesday in New York's Upper East Side. The shooting took place at 8:30 p.m. by a gunman who was wearing all black and fled on foot after firing a single shot in her head at a very close range. New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who rushed to the scene, blamed guns. “This entire day we have been addressing the problem of the over proliferation of guns on our streets,” Adams said. “More guns in our city means more lives lost. It...

In the wake of Roe being aborted, some liberal politicians, such as senators Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) and Susan Collins (R-Me.), are crying foul because they claim that SCOTUS justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch deceived them over stare decisis (respect for precedent) during confirmation hearings. What’s unsaid is that stare decisis is itself a deception. In fact, our Founders would be aghast at the standard. Why? It’s simple: If a precedent clearly conforms to the Constitution, then regard for stare decisis is unnecessary for a precedent-aligned ruling; all a justice need do is reference the Constitution and he'll vote incidentally...

They pulled out all the stops to keep Clarence Thomas off the Supreme Court three decades ago and failed. They went back to the well when Brett Kavanaugh was nominated and failed. So the Left tried to pack the court—and again, they failed. With a conservative majority ensconced on the bench for a generation (inshallah!), a smear campaign tarnishing the institution—and one of its most admired members—is their next best option. Enter Ginni Thomas, wife of Clarence, whose strategically leaked text messages to then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows have Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Dick Durbin eyeing an investigation....

Now, I know that libs are mighty upset about the recent Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade. Add to this the undeniable fact that liberals, led by the likes of Crusty Joe, Dumbo Harris, and America’s favorite bartender, Ms. Occasional-Cortex, are generally none too bright. But let’s face it, libs, angry and stupid is no way to go through life. So as a public service to dummies all across the fruited plains, I’ve put together a FAQ on the current state of abortion in the U.S.For added realism, imagine all the questions spoken in a whiny, petulant voice by some...

California lawmakers on Tuesday moved to limit where firearms may be carried and who can have them, while struggling to stay within the high court’s ruling. They aim to restrict concealed carry to those 21 and older; require applicants to disclose all prior arrests, criminal convictions and restraining or protective orders; require in-person interviews with the applicant and at least three character references; and allow sheriffs and police chiefs to consider applicants’ public statements as they weigh if the individual is dangerous.

Global hacking threats and cyber-warfare are by no means a new phenomenon as the past several years have seen an explosion of attacks against America and other Western nations from countries like Russia and China. In 2021, major supply chain disruptions against American entities Colonial Pipeline and JBS Foods clearly defined the threats facing the U.S. and the rest of the world. Despite these dangers facing Western nations, American cyber-security, along with our neighbor Canada's and most of the Western world, are severely lacking in manpower. In America, a June report from the Washington Post claimed that the United States is...

The Court finds that the Biden administration may end the program (formerly known as the Migrant Protection Protocols, or MPP) and the lower court's injunction against it is invalid. The case now goes back to the circuit court to decide whether the program was terminated properly. More important: The lower court also has to decide whether federal law's detention mandate for illegal border-crossers is really a mandate and whether DHS is violating the law by releasing most illegal aliens instead of detaining them.

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with fellow heads of state on Wednesday at a massive table in Turkmenistan that dwarfed a comically long table at the Kremlin that previously captured global attention. Meeting with the leaders of Turkmenistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan, Putin sat far from other leaders at a massive rectangular table as they discussed cooperation in the Caspian Sea region, the Kremlin said. According to the Turkmenistan government, the 6th Caspian Summit was held at the "luxurious Arkadag Hotel."
