Remember after the draft majority opinion of Dobbs was leaked, when some people predicted the ruling would help Democrats in November? Those were good times. Unfortunately for them, polls at the time showed that it had virtually no impact. Oops. Oh well.
Nevertheless, now that the final opinion has been released, the same voices are once again predicting that the Dobbs decision will change the trajectory of the 2022 midterm elections.
Well, they’re about to be disappointed. Again. According to a new YouGov/Economist poll conducted after the Dobbs decision was released, 45% of voters say they’d vote for their Republican congressional candidate, compared to 40% who will vote for their Democrat candidate.
Oh, and just like last time, the GOP’s standing improved over the previous generic poll.
YouGov generic ballot data moves slightly toward GOP post-Dobbs Generic Ballot (National)

Uh, coat hanger sales?
Unfortunately there is a shortage of coat hangers of their on back order from China. Maybe Biden can beg the Chinese to up their coat hanger production
Who do you blame when you now have to drive to another state for an abortion but can’t afford gas to get there?
It probably did help Dems plan riots and order pallets of bricks to be pre-positioned.
To play devils advocate, the Dobbs thing probably wouldn’t swing many among likely voters. They were already in one camp or another. I think that what democrats are hoping for is that it will affect turnout among anti-life voters. This was going to be a mid-term where the voters for the party in power wouldn’t have been overly energized.
They’re going have a hard time using modern coat hangers.
The one’s in my closet are all solid, one piece plastic.
Going to be hard to wiggle them up one’s coochie to kill the baby.
That’s the part about these murderess abortion supporters I don’t understand.
Prior to Roe, the cry was this law was needed to get rid the back-alley coat hanger abortions and make it safe for women.
Now, most of these State laws want to regulate the clinics and doctors like every other private medical office. But they scream that this will prevent a woman from getting an abortion.
This just empowers the people like the butcher from Philadelphia that operated his clinics like something from a 3rd world shithole.
Here’s a newsflash: these “doctors” don’t care about human life since they get paid to kill, so what makes these woman think he cares enough about them to make sure they don’t bleed out after the procedure?
No problem, just drive it in with a sledge hammer...
I think that would be the mother...They dont call it contraception for the hell of it.
The 15 methods of contraception
Don’t be put off if the first type you use isn’t quite right: you can try another.
Read about the different methods of contraception:
caps
combined pill
condoms (female)
condoms (male)
contraceptive implant
contraceptive injection
contraceptive patch
diaphragms
intrauterine device (IUD)
intrauterine system (IUS)
natural family planning
progestogen-only pill
vaginal ring
There are 2 permanent methods of contraception:
female sterilisation
male sterilisation (vasectomy)
You forgot the most effective type of contraception: keeping it in your pants.
The Feds should use their power under het interstate commerce clause to ban the importation, transportation, or mailing of any abortifacient into any state where abortion is banned (or limited.)
or keeping your knees togethewr
Or for extra effectiveness do both!
I’ve heard of a “pile-driver” but I think that’s how they make the babies in the first place🤪
You forgot aspirin... ‘-}
