Here’s Andrew Sullivan vs. Christopher Rufo arguing over ‘trans strippers’ vs. British pantomime Posted at 5:53 pm on June 18, 2022 by Brett T. We can’t find it right now, but back when the so-called “Don’t Say Gay” bill was in the news, we did a post on conservatives arguing both for and against using the term “groomer” to describe those who wanted to teach sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third grade. On April 6, Christina Pushaw posted a collage of headlines showing that...

The State Duma has registered a bill repealing the September 6, 1991 resolution recognizing Lithuania's independence. This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Russian media. The bill was registered by Yevhen Fedorov, a deputy from the United Russia party. He believes that the resolution of the USSR State Council is illegal because it was adopted by an unconstitutional body and in violation of a number of articles of the constitution. In addition, the bill violates the law "On the Procedure for Resolving Issues Related to the Withdrawal of the Union Republic from the USSR", as Lithuania did...

WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) — U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told the press on Thursday that he pushes LGBT “rights” with his Saudi Arabian counterpart “invariably, in every conversation.” According to Politico, the statement came during the State Department’s first-ever “briefing for LGBTQI reporters,” with Blinken explaining that he has had “real engagement” with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud when talking about protections for the LGBT community in the Middle Eastern nation. Despite ardently pro-LGBT U.S. President Joe Biden saying he was going to treat Saudi Arabia like “the pariah they are,” Blinken said the administration is seeking...

The Palestinian Authority’s president, Mahmoud Abbas, wants to “pressure” the American government to do his bidding before Biden visits the Middle East on a trip scheduled for this July. A report on the rich fantasy life of Abbas is here: “Feeding Palestinian delusions,” by Mitchell Bard, JNS.org, June 8, 2022: “Palestinian Leadership Plans to Increase Pressure on U.S. ahead of Biden’s Visit.” This headline in the Daily Alert was illustrative of why Palestinian delusions are mainly responsible for their plight. The article associated with the headline said the Palestinians want to “turn the screws on the White House in order...

The whole world knows that Old Joe Biden is not really the man in charge. Biden himself has made this clear on numerous occasions, with his many oblique references to getting in trouble if he deviated from the instructions he was given. But it has never been fully clear who is running this dumpster fire known as the Biden administration; speculation has run to chief of staff Ron Klain, Barack Obama, and others. Now, however, another name must be added to the mix: that of none other than Hunter Biden. In a Dec. 3, 2018 recording that has just been...

On November 17, 2021, the Women’s Liberation Front, or WoLF, filed a civil rights lawsuit in California that drew almost no coverage. A press corps gearing up to be outraged en masse by the Amber Heard-Johnny Depp defamation case had zero interest in a lawsuit filed by far poorer female abuse victims. Janine Chandler et al vs. California Department of Corrections targeted a new California state law, the “The Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act,” a.k.a. S.B. 132. The statute allows any prisoner who self-identifies as a woman — including prisoners with penises who may have stopped taking hormones —...

The latest film from Disney’s Pixar — which features the voice work of Chris Evans as Buzz Lightyear — opened to an estimated $51 million at the North American box office this weekend. That number came in way under industry expectations, which projected the film to make around $70 million. The movie took in $85.6 million worldwide, according to Disney (DIS). The film also failed to grab the top spot at the box office, opening at No. 2 behind the second weekend of Universal’s “Jurassic World: Dominion,”...

The Cyberspace Administration of China has announced a policy requiring all comments made to websites to be approved before publication. Outlined in a document published last Friday and titled "Provisions on the Administration of Internet Thread Commenting Services", the policy is aimed at making China's internet safer, and better represent citizens' interests. To stop the nasties being published, the policy outlines requirements for publishers to hire "a review and editing team suitable for...

The Republican Party of Florida gave the nation a “little taste of Florida freedom” last Saturday at a wildly successful “first in the nation” flotilla to honor Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), Christian Ziegler, vice chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, told Breitbart News during the event. Roughly 1,300 boats registered for the event as individuals donned their vessels with patriotic flags, making their way down the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. Even more supporters and party officials participated in the show of support aboard the USS Orleck, docked along the river in downtown Jacksonville.

As dangerously brain-washed children circle her home, it’s reasonable to assume that Merrick Garland’s Justice Department will do absolutely nothing. The federal code is remarkably clear: A person who “pickets or parades” near a judge’s home “with the intent of influencing any judge...in the discharge of his duties...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” (18 U.S.C. § 1507.) Simply put, if you appear outside a judge’s home attempting to change a case’s outcome, you’re a criminal. And yet, who thinks that Merrick Garland’s DOJ will act on the fact that protestors gathered...
