During a portion of an interview with CNN aired on Monday’s “CNN Newsroom,” Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams (D) responded to the state’s record early voting turnout in the 2022 primaries, which was more than double the in-person early voter turnout in the 2020 and 2018 primaries, by stating that the law was “designed to respond to the turnout that we saw in 2020 and 2021,” and the record turnout doesn’t disprove her claims that Georgia’s election law would lead to voter suppression.

SIXTH WEEK OF EASTER JOHN 15:26–16:4A Friends, in today’s Gospel, Jesus predicts that his disciples can expect violence from their world. “They will expel you from the synagogues; in fact, the hour is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God. They will do this because they have not known either the Father or me.” The “world” is that collectivity of persons, institutions, armies, and nations predicated upon the loss of friendship with God. That network will hate the followers of Jesus because it cannot frighten them, and its success depends upon fear. Jesus...

As The Federal Reserve tries to fight inflation (it can’t thanks to Federal energy policies and bottlenecks), it is causing a disconnect between mortgage current coupon rate and the MBS index coupon. The Fed can certainly try to cool inflation, but Biden is intent on raising energy prices (leading to food price increases, and everything else) to shift us to electric cars. So, Biden is unlikely to back off. So, The Fed is left trying to fight a war against inflation that only Biden can fight. Meanwhile, the...

I first wrote about the topic of "Dark Matter" back in 2009, but it was scrubbed from the files of the Chico Enterprise Record Newspaper I wrote for and lost to history, after I was unceremoniously let me go. Well, I just found it in a file I was going through which someone sent me a few years ago. I lost the email address of the person, since I changed internet companies, even at that the person who sent not to me preferred to remain anonymous. Anyway, I updated this article with some new information and this is what I...
