NEW YORK – Former NYC mayor Bill de Blasio forced four White NYPD top officials out of their jobs in order to push his diversity agenda, say the officers. An amended complaint revealed e-mails from 2017 between de Blasio and former Commissioner James O’Neill that expressed concern over the retirement of Carlos Gomez, the Chief of the Department, who is of Cuban descent. They stated that it would “only exacerbate the demographic tensions” in the city. The lawsuit filed on behalf of former Chief of Community Affairs Joanne Jaffe in the Southern District of New York revealed e-mails that have...

Hong Kong “elected” a new chief while the world wasn’t paying attention. Hong Kong’s current chief Carrie Lam will retire at the end of June. The selection of her successor has followed the rules Beijing dictated since it took control of Hong Kong in 1997. Beijing stamped out any hope of universal suffrage in Hong Kong in 2004. Rather than letting more than 7 million residents in Hong Kong have a say in whom the city’s chief should be, Beijing created a “nominating committee” (which has more than 1,400 members today), the majority of which are pro-Beijing elites. The committee...

@julie_kelly2 Americans will never receive a full accounting of the $40 billion for Ukraine. We still don't have an accounting for the billions we've already spent over the past decade. And this isn't the last money dump we will see--won't be long before Zelensky is begging for more.

Wikipedia removed her page one week before the election Dig In Wikipedia has deleted the page of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kathy Barnette, who would be the first black senator for Pennsylvania if elected, after the company said she is not a notable person. Her page, which was last edited on May 10, redirects to a general Wikipedia page about Pennsylvania's 2022 U.S. Senate election. Her page did "not establish notability beyond routine campaign coverage," a Wikipedia editor said in April 2021, when the discussion of removing her page began, The Epoch Times reported. Barnette posted a photo of her...

Build Back Never Inflation is eroding Joe Biden’s ability to deliver on his main legislative achievement in office.Inflation in the United States now stands at its highest level since 1982, reaching an 8.3 percent annual rate in April 2022 and peaking well into the double digits in fast-growing metro areas like Phoenix. Opinion polls show rapidly rising prices as Americans’ Number One concern and a central challenge to Joe Biden’s presidency, which he acknowledged in a White House speech this week. “I know that families all across America are hurting because of inflation,” Biden said.Less appreciated is how inflation...

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) exchanged jabs with Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) this week after the Democrat mayor made a “call to arms” over the leak of the Supreme Court draft decision overturning Roe v. Wade. On Monday, days after the leak, Lightfoot echoed the panic from pro-abortion activists, calling her LGBTQ allies to action.

Do Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski want to force health care workers who are devout Catholics [in the non-Joe Biden sense of the term] and others with religious objections to abortion to participate in abortions under pain of losing their jobs? Apparently so, judging by the pair's comments on today's Morning Joe. Joe and Mika, saying "there's always something," dismissed Senator Susan Collins for her objection to the pro-abortion "Women's Health Protection Act," a Democrat bill codifying Roe v. Wade, for its failure to include such a religious exemption. But first, they mocked the "snowflake" Senator for calling the police...

Think they're worried about Barnette winning? Ric Grennell torched his credibility and essentially signed his resignation papers from the conservative movement by launching this fake, paid attack on Kathy Barnette: Screenshot (2167).png Wow, looks bad, right? Until you realize that sometimes people use hashtags to get people to click on their post, and then they hit them with a counter-message that the person clicking wasn't expecting. Is that what happened here? Um, yes. Here's the video that is linked by those hashtags: a video in which she says-- yells, actually -- "DEFUNDING THE POLICE IS STUPID, PEOPLE! ABOLISHING THE POLICE...

Joe Biden admitted to removing COVID relief from the package, stating on Monday that he was told it would delay action on the urgently needed Ukrainian aid, confirming that now COVID funds are being diverted to rush the $40 billion towards the Ukraine war. After agreeing to reject a request for further COVID-19 related funding that they intended to merge, Congressional Democrats are pushing to rustle up $39.8 billion in additional Ukraine aid.According to Reuters, the package, which exceeds President Joe Biden’s $33 billion proposal from April, could be voted on by the House as soon as Tuesday, with Senate Democrats...

Anyone claiming to be a champion of science but quick to flag new evidence as ‘misinformation’ is no scientist at all. The Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), an authority on medical licensure and the discipline in the United States, recently passed a policy on medical misinformation and disinformation that will guide state medical boards and the health care workers they license and could even “become state law.” What could possibly go wrong?Like the other obsessive “misinformation” pushes — from Silicon Valley to CNN’s Brian Stelter to the White House — this one once again uses the Covid rationale to...

Since the early 1960s, universities have sought to achieve racial equality. Initiatives have ranged from offering extra tutoring for struggling minority students to making them more comfortable on campus by providing segregated housing and black-only graduation ceremonies. Unfortunately, nothing has worked. Now, after over a half century of trying everything imaginable and sparing no expense, what is left? Never underestimate determined professors chasing Utopian fantasies. The latest racial equality measures are now transpiring at the University of Illinois-Urbana, a school where I spent 28 years as a professor of Political Science. In a nutshell, all professors up for tenure or...

Joy Behar told her co-hosts Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that former President Donald Trump tweeted “dumb shit-stuff” a second before the control room could mute her. During the panel discussion about the possibility of Trump returning to Twitter under Elon Musk‘s ownership, Behar said, “I believe in free speech. I am very, you know, this is what we do for a living. And I believe in the First Amendment. Not that this is covered by the First Amendment because this is a privately-owned business. But, I mean, let us not forget that Trump was kicked off of Twitter because...
