Thank goodness the U.S. Supreme Court seems to be ready to reverse Roe v. Wade. Because now, for the first time since January 6, 2021, it’s okay to protest again. And it’s okay to dox the home addresses of Supreme Court justices. And it’s okay to cry to the heavens that the world is coming to an end if the states get to set their own abortion laws. It must be really cool to be the ruling class and set the agenda: who is a racist and who is a victim; who is a protester and who is an armed...

Standing before a wall-sized American flag at an American Legion hall here in Northeastern Pennsylvania, David McCormick talked up his background in the Army, called himself a “happy warrior,” and ticked through the reasons he wants to be Pennsylvania’s next senator: Inflation, the border, the “humiliation” of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. “What about election integrity?” a woman interrupted from the back. “And CRT!” a man yelled, referring to “critical race theory,” a GOP culture-war hobgoblin. Suddenly off balance, the cheery McCormick, stocky and with thick, wavy hair, said he’d support voter ID laws and is concerned “parents aren’t involved”...

On August 20, 2020 Joe Biden accepted the Democrat party’s nomination for president by fatuously declaring, “Character and decency are on the ballot.” Thus, directly proclaiming himself and the Democrat party as the paragons of character and decency as compared to the “vile” Donald Trump and the “racialist” Make America Great Again movement. A claim which is an unfathomable stretch of the imagination, considering Joe Biden’s long and well-known history of corruption and his uncontrollable penchant for being a serial fabulist and compulsive liar. To run on this platform required not only unbridled audacity but also lockstep conformity in the...

Russian strongman Vladimir Putin railed against American “exceptionalism” and “moral degradation” on Monday during the country’s annual “Victory Day” parade, celebrating the defeat of Nazi Germany that Moscow claims for itself. The Putin regime has for years denied any significant American contributions to ending World War II – going as far as to declare the legendary D-Day landing of American troops at Normandy “not a game-changer” – instead giving all the credit for the fall of Adolf Hitler to the communist Soviet Union under mass murderer Joseph Stalin. Russia marks its contributions to World War II on May 9 with...

Which brings me to this exchange between Mississippi Republican Gov. Tate Reeves and NBC’s Chuck Todd on Sunday: Todd: You’ve just said that you believe life begins at conception. If there is legislation brought to you to ban contraception, would you sign it? Reeves: Well, I don’t think that’s going to happen in Mississippi. I’m sure they’ll have those conversations in other states. Todd: But you’re not answering the question. Reeves: As is always the case with things – well, that’s always the case. There’s so many things that we can talk about. Um, that doesn’t sound terribly clear? Todd...

No sooner did it seem Tesla got back up and running in Shanghai than its plant is apparently halting production yet again, according to an exclusive from Reuters late Monday night. The halt is due to “issues with supplies,” according to the report. It comes just three weeks after the plant resumed production after shutting down due to Covid lockdowns. The plant was closed for a total of 22 days, Reuters noted. Shanghai is in its sixth week of lockdowns, the report notes, and as of now it is “unclear when the supply issues can be resolved and when Tesla...

Comrades, the Ministry of Citizen Privacy cares about your on-line freedoms, accesses and privacy. Dear Leader cares about your ability to connect efficiently to the government monitoring, surveillance and geolocation tracking services. There is nothing nefarious about the U.S. surveillance state wanting to make surveillance more efficient. Nothing nefarious at all {GO DEEP}. Do not be discouraged by those extremist voices outlining the benefits to government that are provided by a wider, more inclusive, national broadband internet system; that connects to a more efficient 5G internet system; that permits you to experience a new world of telecommunications benefits tailored to...

The Yale University Art Gallery has finalized plans to return a sculpture of a Buddhist goddess to Nepal, the university said Friday. The return is the latest in a series of museum repatriations of Nepali artifacts. Yale acquired the artifact in 2015, though the donor has never been disclosed. The decision to bring the work back home to Nepal was a “collaborative one” done in tandem with the country’s government last year, the museum’s director, Stephanie Wiles, said. The Department of Justice is remaining silent on continued protests by abortion activists outside conservative Supreme Court justices' homes, despite a federal law that makes it illegal to attempt to "influence" federal officials and the outcome of a court case. The pro-abortion protestors are targeting the private homes of the six Republican-appointed justices after the leak last week of a draft opinion signaled the Supreme Court intends to overturn landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade. Federal U.S. code 1507, states that any individual who "pickets or parades" with the "intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice,...

Some major employers, such as Walmart Inc and Target Corp, have not weighed in since the leak to Politico last week of a Supreme Court draft opinion that would overturn its 1973 decision legalizing abortion nationwide....

Ben Domenech provides insight on former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper's answers during an interview with Bret Baier, and how the former secretary feels about Trump running again in 2024 on ‘Special Report.’ BEN DOMENECH: Absolutely. They would say good. I mean, they would look at someone like Secretary Esper as a problem. Look, this is the latest in a long series of Washington books stretching back for centuries titled effectively "if only they had listened to me." And it's interesting to see Esper going around and doing these interviews and talking about this today. I actually have a lot...

Aside from the Donbas in the east, a large swathe of southern Ukraine is currently under Russian control, including most of the Kherson region. Russian forces are preventing civilians from leaving the area. Yet thousands have been making journeys, fraught with risk, to get out.
