President Biden’s new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, is in a domestic partnership with CNN anchor Suzanne Malveaux, further illustrating the extent of the White House’s incestuous relationship with the mainstream media. The two have been in a same-sex partnership and currently have an adopted daughter. Malveaux earned a degree in sociology at Harvard University before attending Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Having previously served as a White House correspondent and primary substitute for Wolf Blitzer on The Situation Room, Malveaux has also co-anchored CNN’s Around the World and editions of CNN Newsroom, according to The Sun. Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief...

President Biden on Friday told a story involving an Amtrak conductor who supposedly grabbed his cheeks and shouted “Joey, baby!” — despite facts contradicting the tale, which Biden has told on at least six prior occasions as president. The amusing anecdote — in which Biden apes former Amtrak conductor Angelo Negri’s Italian-American accent — was declared “False” last year by CNN “Facts First” journalist Daniel Dale.

The post-recession jobs boom continued in April with another strong employment report. We’ll also look at President Biden’s call to the GOP to help fight inflation and the cryptocurrency sanctions crackdown. But first … they’re on opposite sides of the aisle, but these two senators once bonded over a NSFW song.

New compilation from the Andover, KS EF3 tornado intercept on April 30, 2022 including Dominator Drone and ground perspectives. Audio has been softened for the faint of heart. Miraculously, no lives were lost from this tornado despite immense damage and nearly 1000 structures impacted. This shows how incredible the warning process was for this storm. We called in the tornado in progress and NWS issued tornado warning and sirens sounded. We hope that this drone footage can advance our understanding of the tornado relationship with the ground and the influence of friction. Tornado footage from Andover, Kansas drone and...

New Mexicans will see thousands more electric vehicles available to buy in 2025 when a rule approved by two environmental boards takes effect. Dubbed the clean-car rule, it will require that electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids make up at least 7 percent of automakers’ new sales within New Mexico — adding up to an estimated 3,800 vehicles. The rule aligns with California's current standards and is part of the larger effort to cut climate-warming greenhouse gases as well as ground-level ozone and particulates that can cause respiratory problems. It will undergo a two-year waiting period to allow manufacturers, car dealers...

The ruling supporting the law, which DeSantis (R) signed during a Fox News appearance last year, means it is likely to be in effect for the midterm elections in November, when DeSantis will be up for reelection. The law limits dropbox sites, makes it a crime to possess more than two ballots at a time, and prohibits “line warming” practices, such as offering water or chairs, for voters waiting outside polling places.

Several Democratic lawmakers and activists who voiced concerns that a potential overturn of Roe v. Wade could lead to a similar fate for Loving v. Virginia's interracial marriage protections were blasted by conservatives for wild rhetoric. At an abortion rights rally in Philadelphia, Rep. Madeleine Dean, D-Pa., characterized the Supreme Court as "extremist" and claimed, "If Roe can be overturned, what's next: gay marriage, Brown v. Board, Loving v. Virginia?" Dean added that courts are already "chipping away… at our voting rights." During an appearance on "The View," Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., worried the U.S. doesn't "have a long history...

May 6—MORGANTOWN — Incumbent West Virginia Congressmen David McKinley and Alex Mooney appeared on MetroNews' Talkline Thursday morning for the closest thing to a debate in their campaigns to win the GOP nomination to the new 2nd Congressional District in Tuesday's primary. Host Hoppy Kercheval called the format "a good, spirited discussion." The campaigns turned negative quickly after redistricting trimmed the Congressional districts from three to two and the new map pitted them against each other—with Mooney firing the first salvos. The tension was visible Thursday. Except for a brief handshake at the end, they didn't look at or talk...

“‘When you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you’” (Matthew 6:3–4). The most satisfying, God-blessed giving is that which we do and then forget about. We do not wait for or want recognition—we’re not even concerned whether the recipient is grateful or not. The act should be so discreet that even our left hand will not realize what happened. The Old Testament describes giving as a part of God’s...

Do you know it is possible to walk before the Lord with a perfect heart? To come to grips with the idea of perfection, we first must understand that perfection does not mean a sinless, flawless existence. No, perfection in the Lord’s eyes means something entirely different. It means completeness, maturity. If you are hungering for Jesus, you may already be trying to obey this command of the Lord. It is possible, or God would not have given us such a call. Having a perfect heart has been part of the life of faith from the time God first spoke...

Interesting observations on Today's Trump Rally 1- Overwhelming number of comment posteds on live streaming site are anti-OZ 2. When Oz spoke on stage, the people in the Gallery with Oz signs all cheered, but when the camera backed away for a few seconds to show the backs of the audience in from of the stage.. there was almost NO REACTION. Seems like they selected and gave signs to those behind the podium with a specific intent... one not shared very much by the larger audience. It will be interesting to see what happens on primary night on the 27th......

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline ” that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito‘s legal reasoning in a leaked draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade was a “severe danger to the Constitution of the United States.” Pelosi said, “We have to have clarity in what this draft decision means so that the final decision doesn’t go that far. The chief justice has said this is authentic, but it is not final. I don’t want to use the word authentic. It’s real but not final. Again, Lincoln said public sentiment is everything, and with it, you...

1:19 House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline ” that the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade ruling was not “extreme” because it was a compromise. Pelosi said, “Roe v. Wade was not an extreme position. Roe v Wade was a compromise. It weighs equities in terms of timing and all the rest. We have to make sure we keep the focus on enshrining Roe v. Wade in the law so that there cannot be undue burdens placed on it in different states in the union to overturn a woman’s right to choose. Now when you hear the...

As reported in the Gannett-owned Sioux Falls paper the Argus Leader. Gannett is a newspaper chain ultimately owned by Japanese SoftBank Group. Gov. Kristi Noem is taking a more active role in this year’s primary election season, including trading barbs with incumbent lawmakers not in lock-step with her wing of the South Dakota GOP. And that has some of her fellow Republicans accusing her and her allies of trying to rid the Legislature of its most conservative members. And though Noem won’t say specifically which moderate state lawmakers she’s putting her political weight behind, it’s known that Noem is working...
