Fired FBI executive Andrew McCabe says America's conservatives are as bad as Islamic terrorists and the federal government needs vastly increased powers to spy on them. The stunning words from McCabe came during his recent speech at the University of Chicago, and were captured by a report in The Federalist about his comments on conservatives. "I can tell you from my perspective of spending a lot of time focused on the radicalization of international terrorists and Islamic extremist and extremists of all stripes … is that this group shares many of the same characteristics of those groups that we've seen...

Dr. Robert Malone, known as the inventor of mRNA technology used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines, recently spoke with Steve Bannon on "The War Room" to shed light on the latest viral outbreak in China, which the government he claims is hiding the truth about its origins. In December, the Chinese communist government placed Xi'an city in northwest Shaanxi province under lockdown following reports of hemorrhagic fever cases. According to WION, there had been "multiple community transmission chains" including hemorrhagic fever cases in the area. China's state-run Global Times described it as a "grim and complicated epidemic situation."...

First Week in Ordinary Time Mark 1:21-28 Friends, today’s Gospel finds Jesus encountering a man with an unclean spirit in the synagogue at Capernaum. Isn’t it interesting that the first unclean spirit that Jesus confronts is in the holy place, the place of worship? And what marks this man? Though he is a single person, an individual, he speaks in the plural: "What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us?" The diabolic is, literally, a scattering power: diabalein. Sin separates us from one another—sunde, related to sundering—but it also divides us...

A third Chinese city has locked down its residents because of a COVID-19 outbreak, raising the number confined to their homes in China to about 20 million people. The lockdown of Anyang, home to 5.5 million people, was announced late Monday after two cases of the omicron variant were reported. Residents are not allowed to go out and stores have been ordered shut except those selling necessities. Another 13 million people have been locked down in Xi’an for nearly three weeks, and 1.1 million more in Yuzhou for more than a week. It wasn’t clear how long the lockdown of...

Turkmenistan's president has ordered the government to find a way to extinguish a colossal gas fire burning since the 1970s. Dubbed the "Gates of Hell," the fire was rumored to be started deliberately in 1971 when a gas-drilling site collapsed into a gas reservoir, and geologists decided to set it on fire to keep the methane from spewing into the atmosphere—in the expectation that the fire would die out on its own in a few weeks. It didn't. The crater currently measures more than 230 feet by 65 feet and is a major tourist attraction in Turkmenistan, which has proven...

I am looking to relocate out of New York with my (very conservative) Family. We are currently looking specifically in the Daytona-area in Florida and near Nashville, Tennessee. My wife and I travelled to Florida last week and met realtors; we plan on heading to Nashville next. They State of NY has already killed my father in a nursing home and now are are requiring shot after shot for my kids to go to school. We need to get out ASAP. I would appreciate any suggestions, thoughts, or comments from Freepers. Thanks.

She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves. Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God...

INDIANAPOLIS — Sometimes in life you see a story that is almost too hard to believe, and you wonder what kind of dedication it would take to lead someone to that reality. Well, look no further than Georgia starting quarterback Stetson Bennett, who wrote the final chapter of his own story on Monday night. In college football, a walk-on rarely touches the field during the regular season, much less become the starting quarterback of his team. He’s normally situated somewhere on the scout team, preparing his scholarship teammates for their next opponent. This was the case for Bennett, who played...

We are trying to locate a precise report regarding vaccine effectiveness and negative effectiveness. We were listening to WBAP (AM 820), Dallas this morning from southern Indiana. The reception was slightly fair. WBAP broadcast mentioned a report in the Wall Street Journal as follows: Regarding the Omicron Variant: 30 days after being vaccinated, the vaccine is not effective at all. 90 days after, the vaccine has a NEGATIVE effectiveness, making it more likely that a vaccinated person will contract Covid than an unvaccinated person. Has anyone seen the pertinent WSJ report?

National Institutes of Health paid $205,000 to study transgender monkeys just as the omicron variant of COVID-19 was sending untold numbers of Americans to the hospital. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) — the division headed up by celebrity medical spokesmodel Anthony “Doctor” Fauci — gave your tax dollars to Scripps Research to try and find out why transgender women are so prone to HIV infection. I know what you’re asking: “Who amongst us, for 200 large, wouldn’t put a monkey in a dress?” For half a million, I’d dress up with it. Not that I’m into...

Top Democrat election lawyer Marc Elias called third-party ballot gathering one of "four pillars" to success. ************************************************************************** Eight months before the contentious November 2020 election, the Democrats' top election lawyer penned an article on a site frequented by voting activists suggesting that ballot harvesting — a tactic, outlawed in most states, in which third-party activists gather and deliver voters' ballots — be made lawful in order for Democrats to succeed. Marc Elias not only called ballot harvesting one of the "four pillars" of a successful election but also, along with other Democrats, sued to overturn harvesting bans in two states....

Source: Townhall Media/Julio RosasNow that 2021 has come to an end, it is worth reviewing what a disastrous year it was for America’s border security and sovereignty. The year started with President Donald Trump warning his incoming successor that a border surge was looming, and that ripping apart successful policies would lead to a crisis. Tragically, but predictably, Joe Biden ignored the advice of his predecessor, and started tearing proven Trump-era policies apart on his first day in office. On Jan. 20, Biden issued a proclamation terminating Trump’s emergency declaration at the border, and ending funding for the border wall....
