Dr. Anthony Fauci does not believe the pandemic will reach a state in which Americans can go without masks in closed spaces, even with good filtration. Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly told a U.S. Senate panel on Wednesday that "masks don’t add much, if anything" in fighting the spread of COVID-19 on airplanes. In a direct rebuke of Kelly’s comments, Fauci told ABC’s "This Week" that he doesn’t believe the pandemic will reach a state in which masks will be unnecessary – especially for closed spaces. When asked point blank if he thought there might be a point where masks...

The White House accused Joe Manchin on Sunday for breaking his word after the Democrat publicly said he is a 'no' on President Joe Biden's Build Back Better initiative following months of negotiations over the social spending legislation. 'Senator Manchin promised to continue conversations in the days ahead, and to work with us to reach that common ground,' White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said in a statement on his latest comments. 'If his comments on Fox and written statement indicate an end to that effort, they represent a sudden and inexplicable reversal in his position,' she added, 'and a...

WASHINGTON, Dec 19 (Reuters) - U.S. health officials urged Americans on Sunday to get booster shots, wear masks and be careful if they travel over the winter holidays, with the Omicron variant raging across the world and likely to take over as the dominant strain in the United States. The government is gearing up for the next phase of battle in a two-year fight against a virus that has killed 800,000 and disrupted every aspect of daily life. Dr. Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health, told CBS' "Face the Nation" that the number of Omicron cases will...

...snip... That’s just a taste of what’s in the legislation. One of its most egregious features is a $2.5 billion handout to trial lawyers, and it may be here where we will discover whether Manchin is really the man of the Mountain State that he claims to be or a Washington swamp creature. The BBB would allow trial lawyers everywhere in the country to deduct their contingency-fee expenses whether they lose or win a case (even though winning their lawsuit means taking a large percentage of the monetary award, typically 30 0r 40 percent). The Joint Committee on Taxation pegs...

Salvation Army chapters across the country are reporting massive shortages in volunteer hours and toy donations just weeks after the charity distributed (and then pulled) a controversial guide calling on white people to confront their "racist attitudes." Some 20,000 volunteer hours have gone unfilled for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle campaign this year, which historically represents about 33% of the charity's total yearly donations. The charity has also reported substantial shortages of toy and gift donations in some parts of the country, such as New Jersey, where donations are down 30% across the state.

The Oligarchs are liable to find that AOC or another more charismatic dictator will put them in their place. Isn't Russia now far more religious and traditional than the US? Yes, but we still pray for Russia's conversion because of the "Russia" infesting the soul of America. A leader of the Frankfurt School, to make the West stink, was Herbert Marcuse, of Columbia, Harvard, Brandeis and UC San Diego, whose contribution to CRT and other current wokist aberrations, was then called partisan tolerance, wide "tolerance", but only of only "correct" views. I don’t believe we’re in the end times, because...

The scale of the threat posed by the Omicron variant was laid bare by government scientists last night as they warned that there are now hundreds of thousands of infections every day. That daily number could reach between 600,000 and 2 million by the end of the month if new restrictions are not brought in immediately. The government’s SPI-M-O group of scientists, which reports to the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), also warned that, based on their modelling, hospitalisations could peak between 3,000 and 10,000 a day and deaths at between 600 and 6,000 a day. Sage urged the...

Progressives slammed Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., after he revealed Sunday that he would not support President Biden’s massive social spending bill known as the Build Back Better Act after months of party negotiations."Let’s be clear: Manchin’s excuse is bull----," Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., tweeted. "The people of West Virginia would directly benefit from childcare, pre-Medicare expansion, and long term care, just like Minnesotans. This is exactly what we warned would happen if we separated Build Back Better from infrastructure." Manchin said earlier on "Fox News Sunday" that he had spoken with Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority...

Specifically that Biden is a STUPID negotiator as you can see in this MTP clip. Perhaps Biden's handlers need to buy a copy of "The Art of the Deal" in order to learn how to properly negotiate.

MOSCOW, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Russian natural gas deliveries to Germany through the Yamal-Europe pipeline dropped sharply on Saturday, data from German network operator Gascade showed, adding pressure to an already tight European gas market as it heads into peak winter demand. It was not immediately clear why flows were down through the pipeline, one of the major routes for Russian gas exports to Europe and which traverses Belarus. Russian gas exporter Gazprom did not immediately reply to a request for comment. European gas prices have surged this year as demand spiked globally in the post-pandemic recovery. Russia, Europe's key...

Donald Trump mocked his successor in an interview taped Friday where he questioned whether Joe Biden is running the country after he called Vice President Kamala Harris the president during a graduation commencement speech. He told Fox News' Maria Bartiromo in the interview that aired Sunday that 'in the truest sense' Biden is 'not running the country.' Trump specifically pointed to Biden repeatedly referring to Harris as the president and flip flopping from one day to the next on issues he supports. The former president also told Bartiromo that he hopes for a rematch with Hillary Clinton in 2024 –...
